Thee worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Which is a shame, because the clothing is lovely and comfortable.
I requested to return an item that was obviously sized wrong (others had the same issue). I was offered and accepted a gift card/code instead of returning the item. And it never arrived. And here is where the problem started.
They appear to have 3 standard emails,saying you are a valued customer. And please reach out.
But when you do have an issue, they block the chat bot, don’t answer emails and escalate to a “higher team” that never reply. So far, In the past 12 days, I dealt with jade, Iatian, Harper, Andi and Ferin, who’ve all given my the same standardised answer, and then, escalated my complaint to the elusive “higher team” - who haven’t replied once in 12 days.
None of the people addressed the fact that I appear to be ignored/blocked from the chat service. With no reply since 26/12/25 to any chats.
Thought I could trust a UK company
Thought I could trust a UK company only to find out it’s really Chinese with shipping from China. Need to send the purchase back? Good luck with that. All the way to China, not the UK. Very poor customer service and no such thing as live chat. It’s a bot. You can’t talk to a real person. Don’t get me started on the quality control. Sizes too big, sizes too small, wrong items packaged. Etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!
Price miss matches!
Been looking at ordering for a long time, finally placed an order, my basket was a total of £74…which changed to £114 on checkout (this was with free delivery and no additional charges). Dodgy!
Impossible to return
Have had 7 pairs of trousers which I am delighted with but , my last order was not what I THOUGHT I had ordered so needed to return it ..TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE.This order ,not listed as being purchased so completely unable to instigate a return .I notice many complaints from customers all complaining about the difficulty so will not be purchasing from Halara ever again .

Trades under this name on Facebook via ads, takes your money and denies being part of it. Scam website that will take your order and is impossible to obtain tracking number etc. When contacting customer service they say its a fraud website.To be fair the whole company is a fraud!
Return Policy Ridiculous
I had a very frustrating experience trying to return a Halara garment. They charge customers for return postage, unlike many other clothing companies that offer free and easy returns. After I paid to return the item and followed their return instructions, Halara then claimed they never received it and refused to process a refund because I could not provide a tracking number.
The item was returned using standard postage with stamps, which is a normal method of return, yet Halara continued to insist on tracking that simply does not exist. This places all the risk and cost on the customer.
Other companies manage returns far more fairly and transparently. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from Halara again.

Awful experience. I left a previous trustpilot review where they told me to get in touch. I couldn’t reply via here so I emailed. They are still deliberately making it as difficult as possible to return the poor quality items. It’s a joke.
Avoid
I ordered several items in a couple of sizes to check the best fit, thinking I could return the rest. Unfortunately they made the return process almost impossible. You first need to apply for a return and upload photos to evidence why you’re returning the items. They then review your refund request, which should take 24h but of course it doesn’t. I had to email them after a few days, and they kept giving me nonsense excuses for the delay. Eventually my return request was accepted, and they sent me an incomplete address to return the items to. Of course the return shipping cost had to be covered by me, and you only have 30 days to return items - including the time they took to review my return request, which meant I had to send it back with next day delivery.
Please don’t waste your time and money
Please don’t waste your tin and money. I actually chose the gift card return option thinking it was easier, and they never sent me it. I contacted them many times and every time they said something like ‘we can’t send it again directly to you’, ‘we’ve escalated it, wait another 48 hours’ still nothing! Their customer service is non existent and the live chat is the most frustrating thing. Absolute scam of a company, giving people the run around until they get tired and give up.

Customer service is absolutely awful
Customer service is absolutely awful. If you order something and it doesn't fit, God help you trying to return it. I've been trying since November to return jeans that I ordered. I tried contacting customer service over 2 weeks ago. Still waiting on an appropriate response. All I've received so far is AI emails that do not answer my question. I have tried getting help via the app. Again, AI responses that do not answer my question or help me. The whole customer service department is apparently AI. I use 'return' in the loosest term. When I tried to return the jeans I was given the choice of returning them to an undisclosed place at my own cost (I wasn't keen as they had come from abroad and i would imagine that would cost a lot - I'm still waiting on clarification of where) or a 'return' where I keep the jeans and they give me a gift card. That was over a week ago. The processing time was supposed to take 1-2 days. Still waiting. Truly awful. My next step is to go to Trading Standards

I bought a pair of bright blue Halara stretch jeans. They smell awful and after four fours the smell is still so strong I am having to throw them away.

First time customer, I ordered jeans and a mini dress in UK size 10. After a week the order did not arrive so I emailed customer service. I got a reassuring response plus a £10 gift card due to the inconvenience the delay had caused. Stevani, who handled my complaint, was lovely. The order arrived after 10 days. Thank you for great customer service and for a very nice items. The jeans are a perfect fit and the dress very versatile for layering this winter. 10/10

I’ve bought from Halara before and my jeans were good quality and really comfortable. I’ve purchased a different pair that are absolutely huge and despite emails back and forth it’s now one month and I still haven’t received my refund.
Super Impressed
I find Halara to be an excellent company. I have bought so much from them this year. Their clothes are high quality at an affordable price. They are so comfortable and stylish, really well made and buttery soft fabric. They do advise that shipping may take a week or so, they make the clothes according to demand. Their customer service is excellent, prompt replies from real people, no chat bots.
