Placed an order on the 26th of may. Still have not recieved anything. No response from them as well. This is a scam company. Never buy from there at all. If u want to spend your money to get absolute nothing.

Bought items for my daughters bday. Money was taken out of my account but had realised I had no received any confirmation emails. Tried to contact them with no response. Managed to received money back after raising a dispute with my bank, and have referred to trading standards.

Placed an order on 8th June and somehow got an email the same day to say it has been processed and dispatched. Still haven’t received it to this day and have emailed multiple times and messaged them on instagram with no luck. In the end I just logged a dispute with my bank and got my money back. Super disappointing and not ‘halal’ in any way!!!!

I've never written a review, but I don't want anyone else to get scammed! I spent just under 100 pounds, and it has said that my order is 'completed' and I have received nothing.

They are scam artists!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order on 7th May, which this company cancelled and re-ordered on 8th May. I received a dispatch order on 8th May but have to receive my order. I emailed and sent a message via instagram but have yet to hear back from anyone in the company. For a company that is supposed to be halal, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour, Do NOT order with them. They've even disabled their comments on instagram so people can't be warned about them.

My order hasn't come yet i ordered on Jan 13th 2025. I should have read the reviews first before buying. How come they posting on their instagram on the 1st feb 2025? 😒 Atleast give us a refund or close down your website why mislead people and STEALING peoples money. That is not very Halal is it?

I wish I'd read these comments before I wasted £33 on an order that never arrived. For context, I've ordered from them in the past and the sweets arrived, but this was about 2 years ago. What an absolute con - is there no way of getting their website closed down so that nobody else gets stung like we all have?

I purchased some sweets and did get an email confirmation but the order never arrived.
I contacted my bank as whenever I buy something online I use my credit card. Within 20 mins of speaking to my bank I have been refunded.

Definitely wish I read the reviews before making my purchase, everything negative about this company is true. They are thieves and have no intention to send you anything. If you go on their Instagram they have 23.2k followers so you think they are legit, but alarm bells soon start to ring when you see that they have limited their comments and have hardly have any likes. It’s obvious that they’ve had so many complaints that they prevent people from commenting. Save yourself stress DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, it’s a SCAM!

I have never written a TrustPilot review but actually went through the effort to write my first one just to stop others purchasing from this con of a company. Absolutely awful, placed my order then didn't hear a word. No email confirmation, no updates, no response to emails. Radio silence. They have just stolen my money and marked the order as completely. Absolute disgrace that they are called the 'halal' sweet company. Shame on them. They have robbed around £100 of me. Do not buy from this website

Not had my order in three weeks and not responding to emails. I think they have shut down but kept their site running to take orders

dont order from them!!!!!! here i was, super excited to finally get to enjoy sweets for the first time in many years, lamenting my childhood of always being left out of youthful joys, only to be scammed!!!!! motherfuckerssss

Total scam!!! Avoid at all costs this website should be shut down. How can you call yourself halal ?! They just steal your money and do not send order , they do not reply to emails nothing. They are fraud. Ordered on 8.10.24 still have not heard back anything from them and still no order just want refund.

Please don’t order from here. It’s a scam. I purchased a month ago. Was promised 1-3 working days. No order, no responses to emails, nothing. Just took my money and didn’t give my product or a refund. Brain dead company.

This company is a complete scam. You never receive your order and never hear back from them when you try to contact them.
Interesting how their Instagram account limits comments on their posts.
Dispute the payment with your bank and never order from them.
Shame on a ‘halal’ company.

I have ordered sweets from this company on Aug 6, 2024 and still haven't recieved my shipment. All I got was an email saying shipment was dispatched but even though when placing order we pay for delivery( which is stated as dhl) no tracking information has been provided. I have sent 2 emails already along with my order number asking for tracking and to followup where the shipment is but no response from this company at all. Very unprofessional, extremely unresponsive. After placing an order I shouldn't be the one finding means to chase after this company. The email support provided bo one responds. You can go on their website and the contact us form doesn't work, no phone number is provided and the email given.
If this company does look at this review than please look at my email sent on Aug 15 2024 and Aug 20,2024. It included the order number and date in it.

I truly wish I had read the reviews. I don’t understand how this company can still operate. As everyone else has said below, you’ll never receive your order. I made a large order and left ample time before my event, but STILL haven’t received shipping information and now I have no sweets for the event. You won’t receive a reply anywhere. This is so disheartening, especially coming from a “halal” business.

My sister ordered from here and was sent an email saying delivery would be in 3 working days. The package didn't arrive and there are no more updates from the company. They are also ignoring her messages on instagram. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Find an alternative halal sweets company.

Ordered sweets on 8th June and was told I would receive this within 3 working days. I still have not received this, not any response following my email to the customer service team. Really disappointed as a friend of mine had ordered from them years ago and said they were decent. Would not recommend.
