Ordered 1 wall light which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately something heavy damaged the box in transit and damaged the light. Sent an email + picture to customer service to say I was returning it but still wanted it replaced. Received a reply telling me not to return it but keep it for spares and a replacement had been ordered and would be delivered next day which it was. Excellent customer service, L gets top marks. Other firms take note. Well done

Ordered 12 x outside wall lanterns and received items quickly. Very impressed with the quality and price. Unfortunately one was damaged but after a prompt response to my request a replacement was delivered 2 days later. Louise was very helpful throughout the process and I would purchase from them in the future.

This uplighter was purchased to replace one I had previously purchased from this company, which had given many years of excellent use.
I was very disappointed that the new uplighter arrived without the two bulbs, one for each light. I'm very unhappy that I've had to source and purchase the bulbs, which,incidentally, are two different types,when I would expect them to be supplied with the lamp as standard.
I'm also very disappointed that the switch for the reading light is a tiny,cheap, fiddly, plastic know instead of one that matches the know for the main light.
I'll think twice before considering purchasing anything else from this company.

I just received my new floor lamp from Hakolino, and I am seriously impressed. The quality is fantastic, and it looks even better in my living room than it did online. Shipping was quick too, so I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

My lamp arrived with a manufacturing fault and is unusable.

I emailed their support email address with pictures on the day of delivery. Nobody responded. I emailed again two days later. No response.

I keep ringing the number on their website and either get a recorded message saying there are no support agents available or a get left is a queue that seemingly never gets answered.

I managed to speak to someone yesterday. She was very apologetic but as soon as I gave the order number she said it was their other company and that she couldn't deal with it but someone would ring me back.

Nobody has contacted me. The faulty item was delivered on Tuesday 3rd March.
