The owner of Haji Tours owes me £20,000. He told me that he had a plot of land for sale in Islamabad and would repay me when sold. He sold it in November 2022 and did not tell me or repay me. He also said he would repay me after Hajj 2023, 2024 and 2025. Still, no repayment of my £20,000. He tells lies even when he is fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, when he told me he would pay me soon. After 5 years and 2 months he stills owes me £20,000 and keeps telling me he won't repay me. If you are thinking of booking Hajj or Umrah with him then remember that you are giving your money to a devious cheater and liar. In April 2025, when I was messaging him about repayment of my outstanding £20,000 loan he used the forbidden swear word and told me to "F*** O**."

I am Tariq from Manchester, and I travelled with Haji Tours Manchester for the sacred journey of Hajj 2026. Alhamdulillah, I am very pleased with the services provided by Brother Haji Arif and his team, who guided and supported us throughout this blessed journey.

I understand that sometimes challenges arise that are beyond the control of any tour operator, especially as many aspects of Hajj are now managed directly by the Saudi authorities. However, Haji Arif Sb and his team did their utmost to ensure that pilgrims received the best possible experience and support at every stage.

The accommodation in Aziziyah could have been better in some respects. However, the excellent location more than compensated for this, as it was very close to both Jamarat and Mina. This proximity made travelling during the days of Hajj much easier and less physically demanding, which was a significant advantage.

Hajj is a physically, emotionally, and spiritually demanding journey, and having a dedicated and caring team makes a significant difference. I found the staff to be sincere, helpful, and committed to serving the guests of Allah.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Haji Tours Manchester for Hajj Services. May Allah (SWT) reward Brother Haji Arif and his entire team for their efforts in serving the Hujjaj, accept their good deeds, and place barakah in their work.

Haji tours not happy with them ..they will not refund me in full for my cancelled umrah trip...
they are breaking the law by not reunding me..
they said theyll refund me but minus £190 ...thats completely wrong against Package Travel Regulations and breaking the law...
