We have been working with Haizol for nearly six years now and an honest review is well past due.
You never really know what you are going to get when you first begin a major working relationship, but from the beginning, Haizol took the time and effort fill a most important role at a critical time in our business trajectory. At every turn, we have enjoyed exceptional communication; the kind that gets things done while meeting or exceeding expectations. Our rep has become a superhero of sorts. Maybe we just got lucky, but it's more likely that the entire team at Haizol work well together to our benefit.
When an issue arises, our concerns are met with clear understanding and swift action to minimize the impact and prevent future issues.
We've made it through some very tough times with Haizol making great efforts to aid in overcoming obstacles to ensure we are making forward progress together at a pace we can confidently grow.

For all they have done and all that they continue to do, Haizol has earned our thanks, respect, and trust along with our ongoing business.

The entire process was very simple to carry out, from sending the manufacturing drawings, receiving many offers and finally selecting the right supplier. The system works perfectly and is friendly. In addition, Meriam Sembrino is an excellent account manager, very kind and eager to help make everything work perfectly.

All correspondence from staff at Haizol is always professional and polite. All email enquiries about my quotations are accurate and to the point. There is no unnecessary communication that does not relate to the topics or quotations that are being processed or looked at by me.
Haizol company should be very pleased with the quality of work that their staff do. Also the supplier's quotes are always very broad ranging so more expensive higher quality quotes mixed with competitive lower priced quotes. This gives me plenty of options to think about and choices to make when it comes to deciding on which quote to accept.
Also it is reasonably easy to communicate my needs with the supplier's to achieve the best results for what I need.

Haizol is an interesting platform that efficiently connects companies looking to do business quickly. I received fast quotations within just a few days, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with the purchase due to exchange rates and import taxes, which made the final cost higher than locally sold products. However, I will definitely use Haizol again for future quotations.

For more than a year i have send numerous requests to Haizol and every of them was very fast processed so i started receiving offers in 2-3 days.

I have been trying to contact them by email and phone for more than 2 weeks and they do not answer me.

Availability of the clerk, Ms. Glenda, readiness for support, clear explanations, prompt responses. Good structure of the interactive webpage.

Very good experience thanks to Kate, who is patient in explaining the steps and processes, and also calls insistently.
I'm sure we're going to make a deal with some supplier.
The good thing about the platform is that I can receive the proposal from hundreds of manufacturers with just 1 email, it also makes me feel safe since they are constantly monitoring

Haizol is a great way to find the best shops with the best prices with minimal risk.
The website is easy to use and with the help of your knowledgeable Account Manager, the sky is the limit.

My account manager has been a wonderful help. The companies I've had make my parts have done a good job, and when there was a problem they promptly made it right. My biggest issue has been with the Haizol portal. Not being able to split an RFQ with multiple parts between multiple vendors is my biggest complaint. The portal can also be difficult to navigate at times, but it's not horrible.

Great platform to outsource parts you can't make yourself. Customer support also kind and helpful.
Will definitely quote future parts here as well as my usual manufacturers.

First I would like to say that you have very qualified suppliers on your platform. Although 100% of your suppliers are not excellent, I have encounter some issues that required me to contact the account manager who quickly solved my problem. If I had to pick the number one thing about the Haizol platform it's the customer support that I get to ensure that I don't lose money if a supplier gives me bad parts or doesn't deliver parts at all. This gives me peace of mind when I send money to a supplier on the Haizol platform. I am always solicited by companies from China requesting to do business with me and the first question that I ask is "Are you on the Haizol Platform?" I then go on to explain why I will only deal with people on the Haizol platform because I feel a sense of security that I am not being scammed out of my money. I have been on this platform for over a year and I can honestly say that my experience has been great. Looking forward to continuing this relationship. Shiela Ochia is an excellent Account Manager who has never let me down with any issue that I had. She responds to my email immediately and if she weren't there to explain things about the platform in the beginning, I would probably not be using the platform today.

Haizol is the best platform i have seen and worked with. It provides a quick way to get quotes (very affordable prices) for you parts from different factories where you then choose the best match. It also helps to resolve questions with manufacturers if they happen to arise. The quality of the made parts is very high (the quality i have seen in Europe companies is far lower than what Haizol manufacturers provide). I definitely recommend this platform for amateurs and professionals.

The site is very easy to navigate. My account manager has been very easy to talk to and is very helpful. The companies that quoted my project are extremely nice and very patient. I love the fact that I can see pictures of their facilities. The pop-up chat window is easy to use and the person on the other side is very knowledgeable.

So much usefull to meet suppliers and compare prizes and capabilities.
