Sweden is also a European country
I am very satisfied. I received help and answers to my questions. The only thing I have to complain about is that it says "free shipping to Europe" but to Sweden I had to pay shipping even though Sweden is a European country.

Such a great Experience as always! Diana was super helpful as I was having problems with my vouchers which she sorted for me straight away and My beautiful new hair arrived super quick! No returns allowed under any circumstances
The wig is absolutely lovely and luckily I choose very carefully and have had 3 years of experience with choosing and wearing wigs.
The big DOWN side is that under no circumstances would the company have allowed any returns or refunds.So if you made a poor choice , your stuck with it .

You are absolutely welcome to return the wig to us, as long as it remains in perfect, unworn condition.
Customers have 14 days from receiving an item to notify us of their intention to return it, and an additional 14 days to ensure the item is returned to our Dublin HQ - giving a total 28-day grace period.
Please note that a €25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned synthetic piece and €75 for each human hair piece, so that we can ensure the high quality and hygiene standard of all our products.
Moreover, please note that only sale items are excluded from returns, as stated on our website.
