So, I am from Greece. Alo has been an issue for me for 13 years now because wigs with human hair cost a lot here. It's called monopoly and I don't mean the board game! This year I started looking outside Europe and I found Hairvivi. After some searching on Tik Tok and Instagram, I made the big decision. The prices are unprecedented considering that I bought very long and extremely dense hair. From the very beginning in the emails I had instant support and guidance albeit the huge time difference. Next , the delivery:Extremely fast. Then came the unboxing. Guys, everything is exactly as I ordered . And having been a woman with alo for years , I know what to look for and what to look out for in a wig. I have to be exposed to people daily , due to my work , and I have to say that won't feel anxious or concerned anymore. The quality of the hair , the upper part which looks 100 % natural , and even the sideburns that are important in a wig are exquisite and made with care and detail.
So now my only worry is how to wear my hair tomorrow, and what to wear ! 😁

I got your email. It is incredibly insulting to accuse me of doing anything to damage the wig or that it’s my fault. This frizzed up immediately and I sent photos to customer service 2 DAYS (2 DAYS) after receiving showing you that it was defective frizzy and dry upon arrival. Check your emails for dates and photos. If that isn’t verification enough,nothing is. I gave you every opportunity to exchange or refund, etc. You suggested serum or anti frizz so I tried it. You suggested wash & condition. I did and it’s still the same LOW quality hair frizzy, dry, damaged, puffy and true quality revealed itself within the first 2 weeks. This is the very definition of a LOW QUALITY product and false advertising.
High quality hair won’t do this and lasts way beyond 1-2 weeks. And you want me to send it back at my expense so you can evaluate and take up to 2 months to decide if you want to offer me a partial refund? No, thank you. Not reasonable. Hope this honest review helps other customers make an informed decision about their purchases and how the company choose to deal with defective products. Thank you.

“I wore this about 2-3 weeks washed it once high quality product & purchased expensive anti frizz. Honesty it’s low quality and just looks dry, damaged, puffy & frizzy and nothing will change that I wasted my money on a wig I won’t wear.”
Upon arrival this looked beautiful. 2 days later I was wearing it and it got little damp and it frizzed up a little like the kind of hair that dries with a wave, no big deal. Over a week wearing it, it puffed up a little more and became more and more puffy and fizzy appearing dry and or damaged.. 😔
I had contacted Hairvivi immediately the very first week with PHOTOS asking for exchange, replacement or refund etc. But obviously the lace was cut and they wouldn’t so they offered me a coupon towards another one. They suggested THIS (dry damaged hair) was high quality hair just this hair type was Ukraine unlike the Honey option that is Brazilian and I should use some hair serums so I did.
I decided to keep giving them a chance - I purchased another one from them with the HONEY lace and the two are completely different and second one ALICE is excellent quality so I will write a separate review for that but it proved they wouldn’t replace the damaged one even if I stayed their customer.
For me it’s 50/50. No matter what type of hair is used, HIGH quality would last a year and would not look this way with wearing after a few days or 2 weeks. High quality would respond to anti frizz or serums and it looks awful and I sent PHOTOS but so what? I didn’t damage it. In the end, HAIRVIVI didn’t stand by their product although they did reply politely. I GAVE THEM EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT to replace the damaged hair and even purchased a 2nd wig. So if it’s good then great but if they send a damaged you are stuck with it. THEIR site wouldn’t allow me to attach images.

I had an amazing customer service experience before even getting the wig. I missed part of my delivery address. My apartment building uses a different delivery service and they were able to update the information quickly. The chat on the website is pretty delayed, probably due to time differences. But I was able to get an email address which was much quicker responses. The estimated delivery window kept changing but still made it to me fast! I was given an extra gift with my wig which was so nice of them to add!

Now for the WIG! Just from pulling it out of the cute packaging I could tell it was amazing quality and the hairline was going to be realistic. A lot of reviews talked about the smell so I was curious to find out what it smelled like and I agree, there is such a nice smell to it which is a surprise for a wig. I ordered the Catherine 16” & Honey. I have issues with wigs not fitting me right and looking way too bulky because my head is smaller. I only pulled my hair back and quickly put the wig on for the review. But just doing that, I could tell that it fits so much better than other wigs I’ve worn of all kinds of qualities. I work in the film industry and need wigs and this is going to be the best wig in my collection and help me get even more jobs! So excited to wear this on set.

I am truly very happy with my wig. The quality is amazing, the hair feels soft and natural, and it looks beautiful once worn.
I would also like to highlight the professionalism and reactivity of the team. They were very responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process, which really made me feel reassured.
The delivery to Paris was very fast as well. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Hairvivi.

This was my first time ordering from Hairvivi after seeing ads for their wigs on Instagram. I was hesitant because I didn't know if the influencers were sent different wigs (I've heard this can be a thing w/ other wig brands). I was happy to learn that the quality looks just like those videos! I can say 100% say they are worth it! The wig style I got was "Elena Brown Highlights Face-Framing Wig." From the moment you take it out of the bag, it is gorgeous! Minimal styling required. It looks better than other, more expensive brands. I hope they come out with a front fringe style; I will buy it in an instant!

Have purchased w wigs so far. Catherine in a 16in for everyday and a 20in for weekends. OBSESSED!!!! cannot wait to purchase more!

Absolute nightmare of a company to return products to.

I ordered the Vivian blonde "14" medium cap.
I followed the measurements from the website for length and cap size, however, the cap size was ridiculously oversized and wouldn't even fit on my head even with a wig grip on, the piano strap kept falling off and wasn't any uses,and no amount of tightening worked. The combs that are attached to the wig are of poor quality, and don't assist in anyway.
The length of the wig was ment to be "14" it was like 18-22, way too long and looked very unnatural on me.
As soon as I got the wig and tried it on to assess if it fitted, it was obvious that the cap was too big and the length and quality of the wig were poor. I immediately email and submitted that I wanted to return and get a refund. Customer service agreed, and I followed the procures to return the wig.
This is where the nightmare began. First they gave me the wrong shipping company, then the next shipment company had no clue how to send it back, this delayed things a few weeks, after FedEx scanned the return, they said there is a problem we can't send the package which ment the parcel was in limbo. I had to write an email to fed ex, because they never answer there phone. With conversation currency rates, I was short changed with the refund. This was a stressful and expensive lesson, to learn.

This wig exceeded all my expectations. It is extremely soft and very manageable. I received my wig very quickly, I will be purchasing from this company again. Im extremely happy!

Hairvivi sells the most beautiful lace front glueless wigs I've ever worn. Due to alopecia, I've been wearing wigs for over 10 years and have tried dozens of companies. Finally, I discovered Hairvivi and am thrilled with the quality of the hair, the lace, color selections and styles. Hairvivi's wigs are the best quality of any wigs I've purchased. I just received the Maire wig, and OMG, it's gorgeous. The color is a soft brown base with highlights. It looks so natural. I'm not an expert or influencer, just a cancer survivor over the last year, and after losing my hair, I started exploring wigs. I have purchased three from Hairvivi so far (the Chloe, Honey, and now the Maire), all stunning. The Honey has a black base color, which I didn't realize. I prefer the brown root color. I highly recommend Hairvivi. Also, their customer service is world-class.

HairVivi — what can I say? As someone who has lived with alopecia for many years and experienced significant stress and mental health challenges as a result of the wig industry, I can honestly say this brand has been an absolute diamond.

I have just purchased my second wig, and just like the first, the hair quality is exceptional. In the past, I relied almost exclusively on high-end custom hair replacement systems because every wig I tried — some costing three times as much — was a disappointment. I’ve often felt envious of alopecia influencers with large wig collections, and thanks to HairVivi, I can finally start building my own. I’m excited to try new colours and styles, and I truly hope the brand continues to offer options at such an accessible price point.

Both wigs I’ve purchased are in natural black, and they suit my Celtic complexion (extremely pale skin, freckles and light blue eyes) beautifully. I also really appreciate that the units come pre-styled, which removes the stress and additional cost of needing professional cutting or customisation.

My first unit was a size medium based on my head measurements, but I sized down to a small for my second purchase and found the fit much better. I suspect this is because the sizing is designed with people who have natural hair to wear underneath, which is helpful to keep in mind when ordering.

If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to include more detailed information about colour undertones in the product descriptions. A virtual try-on feature or seeing the units photographed on a wider range of models would also be incredibly helpful. While the colours look stunning on the beautiful, sun-kissed LA-based models, it can be difficult to gauge how they will translate on someone like me — a pasty, makeup-free, middle-aged mom. I’d also love to see a small expansion into slightly edgier or cooler-toned colour options.

Overall, I am beyond happy with my purchases and incredibly grateful to have discovered HairVivi. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand to others living with alopecia.

I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years due to alopecia.

I recently bought a wig from hair vivi and the hair was extremely low quality.

I washed it as soon as I received it, as it had a strong chemical smell. After air drying the wig with the highest quality shampoo and conditioner, the wig was extremely dry and frizzy and no amount of deep conditioning helped-this wig is unwearable.

I never use heat on my wigs, but when I contacted hairvivi customer service they advised me to deep condition the wig at a salon and offered me $20 to assist with the cost if this.

This was not a cheap wig, so needless to say I will not be purchasing from Hairvivi again-they don’t stand by their products…

Shipping touch very long and was a lot of issues with shipping , the hair itself seems soft and good quality but the hair line and knots are so noticeable definitely not natural looking
