Honestly cannot recommend Mathew enough. From the very beginning he has been kind, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. He always goes the extra mile and I have absolute confidence in everything he advises. He has never once tried to sell me anything I do not need or push treatments just for money, which is so rare and refreshing.

Mathew is always there — he answers calls and messages so quickly, even on a Sunday, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He genuinely cares and that really shows. He truly is one in a million and I am forever thankful for his support.

I honestly wish he had come into my life years ago as it would have saved me so much time, money and stress.

I am getting married in May and since being on the treatment plan he put me on, and following all of his advice, my hair has grown significantly more than with any other treatment I have ever tried. The results speak for themselves.

Matthew has been so helpful and is obviously so knowledgable, it’s been an absolute pleasure purchasing a topical finasteride/minoxidil solution through his company. Very highly recommended to anyone suffering hair loss and wanting to do something positive to stop it.

I've never seen a more comprehensive array of hair loss medications on one website before. Not to mention the ability to customise topical solutions with a simple request. I ordered topical finasteride (when I should've ordered it with minoxidil as well) and I asked for it to be changed. Despite being slightly more expensive, he covered the cost which I was very grateful for.

They also were happy to change the solution from the trichosol to a simple ethanol/PG solution. In all honesty, I wasn't a fan of the trichosol solution due to its smell and feel in my hair. I can see it being good for someone who doesn't react well to ethanol/PG solutions though.

I've since moved onto oral finasteride and oral minoxidil but their topicals are a great place to start if you're nervous about going straight into tablets. If you manage to catch hair loss early, I'd highly recommend starting with just oral finasteride only for a year or two. That's what I'd do differently. Remember, it takes years for these medications to really shine, not months. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I've been using Dutasteride and oral Minoxidil, but unfortunately they are not available in Ireland. Finding this UK shop was a total win! Their service has been spot on, quick, easy, and no headaches. If Brexit hadn't happened, ordering this stuff would probably be as smooth as my hair is starting to get! But even with all that, these guys made it super simple. Definitely recommend!!!!
