I was super impressed with their attention to detail and communication before as well as after the procedure. The facility is top notch and everyone there is very qualified. They made the experience much easier and less stressful.

If you're reading this you're probably considering a hair transplant or have decided to do it and now just searching for the right clinic to have the procedure done. I choose Zen Hairpol Clinic for my procedure. I vetted numerous clinic put like you reading reviews really narrowed the choices for me. Once I filled out the interest form online I was contacted by Aisha. What a gem of an employee! She responded to all my inquires, and boy did I have a lot. It was a little difficult at times as we had an 11hr difference in time. Though to my surprise she was always there for me. Everything about this journey was excellent. From the pick up at the airport, delivery to the hotel, (which was by the way over the top beautiful, along with the morning buffet breakfast) numerous trips to the clinic and then back to the airport. The day of my procedure I was greeted by Naida who was my first contact at the clinic. She was great as she spoke really good English. She gave me a quick tour and then introduced me to the whole team, Dr Murat, Seda, Furkan and the office manager Mr. Furkan. We had a pre operation meeting where the Dr. designated the donor area and drew the hairline as to how he saw it. What was really cool he ask how I felt about the imaginary hairline. I suggested how I wanted it and some minor adjustments were made. Once we were in agreement the process started. It's a no joke procedure and a very long one. I arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 4:30pm. Short break in-between for lunch. The hardest part for me was laying on my stomach for maybe 3 hrs during the removal of the hair follicles from the donor area. The two technicians (Seda & Furkan )worked together seamlessy all this time. Once that was completed Dr Murat expertly made the incision for the graphs followed by Seda & Furkan putting the graphs in place. Very tedious work as each graph is done one by one. I am 6 days post surgery and doing really good. I can already see the hair growing which is awesome. Kudos to Dr Murat and the entire staff for taking such good care of me. You can tell this group is very tight knit and they all seem to enjoy their job. So accommodating, they were always checking on me. Do you feel pain? do you need anything? bathroom, water ? etc... Thanks for the wonderful hair transplant. Can't wait to see the final results!

My first contact was with Aisha and she was completely attentive to me, giving me her full attention, she answered all my questions and helped me with everything. My fiancé doesn't feel any pain even after the surgery, he is feeling well without any pain, all the people involved are extremely professional, the clinic is very clean and organized which makes it very safe. We loved the experience, I followed the entire process with my fiancé and we have nothing to complain about, just thank the entire Hairpol team.

My first contact with Hairpol was with Aisha who ended up being my liason throughout my transplant process. All of my questions were answered promptly and she made me feel comfortable and worry free with everything. She truly made everything easy, start to finish. Thank you Aisha. You're awesome. Although I have no other experience to compare this to, I feel everyone involved was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Furkan was was more than helpful with providing information and advice. I was nervous that my procedure was going to be rushed since it started so late in the afternoon (after 4:30 pm), however that was not the case. The team completed my procedure around 1:30 am and then still kept me there for an additional half hour to explain after procedure care. I was also given a choice on how they could proceed with my transplant and I was offered their professional opinion. I am very pleased with their performance and very pleased with my results.

Clinic staff was extremely profesional and welcoming! They made the whole process very comfortable and stress free.

Hairpol was a very good experience for me overall. The staff is incredibly friendly and they don’t give you any bullshit that you don’t need, their mission is clearly to give you the best results. They’re very responsive and try to make sure you have the best information possible.

Their pricing is very fair and the accommodations they include are very high quality. I would highly recommend this clinic especially if you have anxieties towards a procedure as overwhelming as a hair transplant.

Fantastic team , was implanted 3500 grafts. They took care of me. Offered me the meal and all the accommodations needed.
They took their time to do it properly.

So far so good.
It’s been 8 days.
I got beard and eyebrow implants.
The pick up service was good and the team was friendly and easy enough to communicate with.

So far so good. Arranging the surgery to travel over to Istambul and hotel plus transfer arrangements were taken care off by the clinic and included in the price. I only had to take the flight myself under my cost which is good. Hotel choice and transportation was well done. I was well attended and listened. I have to be honest, the procedure is long but the staff was very friendly and I felt good all the time. Unfortunately my blood circulation made the local anesthesia not last very long each time on me as a fitness fanatic, it was a bit painful at the last part due to that. I have to see how it heals, but just how good the arragements were done and how attent the team was prepairing the surgery plan for my beard and head made me feel good. Feels nice they truly put effort in delivering what you want and they were very kind and asked about how I was feeling during the whole intervention.

Once it all heals and the hair comes out, I will update, so far no infections and no pain after surgery. Clear aftercare instructions and they provide you all you need for that too! I would so far recommend this place for the reasons above mentioned.

I felt well taken care of. Furkan and his team were friendly and professional.

The pickup at the airport took a little bit longer, but that's understandable since my flight was delayed.

The Hotel was nice. Nice Staff. Breakfast Options were vast.

Operation took 9 Hours with consultation. I had the maximum amount of Grafts, 4200.

Consultation was done with Furkan as the interpreter. I felt like my wishes were respected.

Operation was overall painless, but it was a bit uncomfortable at times, lying there on the table for such long time.

On the day after the operation, we did the Stem Cell Treatment, the Stem cells were taken from my Neck.

It's now been a month. Healing well.

Overall highly recommend.I had to wait 2 weeks to get the receipt of my payment though.

The team was efficient, and the process was as smooth as possible, thanks to the local anesthesia. I experienced minimal discomfort during the procedure.

The recovery period was manageable. I had some initial swelling and mild discomfort, which subsided within a few days. The clinic provided clear aftercare instructions, and I followed them diligently.

Great experience. very helpful customer service. Aisha always replies messages quickly and patiently. Very clean clinic with professional staff. My hair didnt grow back for first 3 months and I was worried it never does but after 3 months it grew perfectly.
They dont try to sell you any product or service which I admired alot, most of other centers push you to do something you dont want but these guys did not.
Hair transplant area is very dense which is great and its very natural, I was worried the hairline will look fake but no one can tell I had a transplant.

We have visited this clinic in Istanbul recently on May 15,2024. It was a great experience. All the staff members were nice and professional. Doctor Murat was a knowledgeable person who performed his job well. The clinic manager, Furqan was a great person who explained each and everything in detail. He was really an honest person making this transplant crystal clear. Even we had some questions to ask from him, he responded well in time on WhatsApp and clarified about the post transplant medicines. Since I am also in medical field, I can see their honesty with the patients and they really wanted to work hard to make this treatment successful. Overall we are satisfied with this clinic and would recommend to those who are looking for a better and trustworthy clinic for their transplant in Istanbul. Good job and keep it up !!!

After almost a year of researching and getting consultations I chose Hairpol for a hair transplant procedure. Here are the reasons I chose them.

• Very professional, yet personal response from Furkan
• Furkan never pushed me to book the procedure
• All of my questions were answered thoroughly
• The Doctor is listed on the website
• They did not try to sell me more than I needed
• Pricing was in the middle
• They are not a factory doing 10+ procedures in a day

The icing on the cake was when I found out that Furkan was not a salesperson; he is the general Manager and works in the practice. Almost all the others had sales representatives, and some were not even in Istanbul. Once I made the decision, Furkan assisted me with the preparations. Once I shared my flight itinerary, we were good to go and he said he would make my hotel reservation.

Upon my arrival at IST, the transportation they arranged for was ready and I was on my way. My procedure was a little different due to the holy week of Ramadan approaching. I went directly to their practice and Furkan was waiting for me, along with a few others to perform the stem cell procedure. That procedure was almost painless and went fairly fast. Then on to my hotel. The hotel they booked was beautiful with stunning views and down the street from shopping. They certainly do take good care of you.
On the morning of my procedure, I was picked up and taken to the practice. I sat with the doctor first. He reviewed my medical information, discussed the outcome and drew out the front hair line and where the hair was to go with my approval. I went to be prepped, change, shave head, etc. Then a saline IV was put in (without pain) and they started to numb my head. This is the part I was terrified about! No, it did not feel good, however, was really not bad at all. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Once that was done, they started the 6-hour procedure. One important piece of this is that the Dr. did all sapphire microblade incisions himself. This is not always the case. When it was completed, a beautiful traditional meal was waiting for me. This was an unexpected treat. Prior to my arranged ride heading back to the hotel, I was given a bag with all the meds I needed with clear instructions, a neck cushion for sleeping, a hat for the sun, shampoo & foam and a special box with gifts. I was waiting for the pain to start as the numbing ended. There was never any pain. A bit of discomfort the first 24 hours. A day later, I was picked up and brought to Hairpol for my first shampoo and more instructions and videos. Furkan was there for that too. From there, I was taken to IST and back to the US. It has been almost 7 weeks since the procedure and everything is moving along as they said it would. Furkan, my now friend, is in contact on a regular basis to check-in and answer questions. Not only do I recommend them, I urge you to choose them.

They ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as well as my fiancée who came with me for the entire procedure. Evan was great with coordinating and explaining everything to me from start to finish. We had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances and they were extremely accommodating in making those changes. Fabio was also excellent with making us feel welcomed and safe during our entire trip. He contacted us prior to confirm all details and be sure we had all questions answered prior to traveling. He was very thorough with explaining all steps of the procedure and after care to me and was overall extremely hospitable.
