Overview of my awful experience with this scamming company
I am still getting emails from this company asking me to delete my reviews in order to actually get my refund. They have now tried to manually say that my reviews are not genuine.
I once more will say the following.
1. I never willingly subscribed to hairmetoo.com
2. They charged me for their service and tried to shove a 70 dollar weekly subscription I did not asked for down my throat
3. They told me that the unsubscribing process would take multiple weeks and I might get charged anyways while I waited
4. They asked for a 5 star review in order to get my refund
5. When I made a genuine review they instead said that in order to get my refund I needed to delete my review
6. They tried to claim that my reviews were not genuine. Its been over a month and I still have not received my money back even though they have claimed time and time again that they have already sent the refund and it's just "being processed"

THE COMPANY CHARGE ME A SUBSCRIPTION TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO AUTHORIZATION, AND CHARGE ME TWICE! ALSO WHEN Y CABCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION THEY CHARGE ME A "CANCELLATION FEE, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The customer service(KNOBBY) is very efficient, actually I was mislead by an ads through DARAZ in my country as promoted a S24 PHONE, I don't know how I had connected to the website hairmetoo. And the payment 2 + 9.43 + 8 doller had been deducted from my account, I was totally upset and chat with them. They said they will refund the total money within 7-10 days. I feel happy and appreciate their service as they understood my problem. Thank you and I trust my money will be refunded ASAP.

SCAMMERS
Be careful, this is a SCAM. I paid 'postage' for a supposed Lindt Chocolate 'gift'. It turned out to be a way to get my card details and that these scammers signed me up for an auto repeating subscriptuin of €35 every two weeks. When I complained and cancelled a subscriotion I did not sign up for, their "escalation manager" wrote to me offering to refund my payment IF I LEFT A 5 STAR REVIEW on Trustpilot saying that I had excellent service and the issue was resolved. That I'm not prepared to do. I'd rather wave goodbye to the 'postage' I paid. I was SCAMMED and you will be too if you accept a 'prize' and leave your card details for 'postage' with these scammers.
