The company starts charging unauthorized and unlawful transaction without any intimation once you share your card information.
Reversal was committed for such in 5-7 days but did not make in 15 days even.
Now as of 02 September, no refund is made after several promises but the company is asking to remove the comments.

It's been a 2 to 3 months that I wrote to complain about my Refund, but untill now still no actions.

I was charged $31and I reached out to hairdoparty customer service to cancel and refund the money. Imani From customer support is taking care of it and going to refund the money

I got charged when I specifically selected to "Skip the next top-up" but I got charged regardless.
Afterward, I was asked to "submit a positive review" and take a screenshot as proof to get a refund, which I refused.
Just so you would be aware how some of these companies abuse the review system.
I will continue to step on their neck until I get my refund, but they still deserve this review.
Avoid this company like the plague.

I thought i was ordering a coffe maker from a page on fb except i wasn't i received an email that i have paid some membership to this page and when you cancel you don't get your money back. Be careful

There was a confusion in my membership manner. While I was ordering mini drone from a website. I'm not interested with hair products, because I'm bald... Your website took 9.99 Euro + 38 Euro in different days from mu credit card.
Mason solved big part of my problem. Mason made refund 38 Euro, but O couldn't take back 9.99 Euro.
Mason was helpful.
