Unprofessional and rude

I ordered braiding hair, didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Sent two emails asking for confirmation and had no response.
Called and was told it would be sent out in the morning.
Heard nothing from them so decided to text on WhatsApp; only after that they decided to inform me they were out of stock
Didn’t apologise, didn’t acknowledge the mistake from their end, just sent a screen shot of the refund and that’s it.
I called them out of their lack of acknowledgment and was told this “ Is there a whipping course that I can attend so as to be suitably chastised??”.
