SCAM OUTFIT
I ordered a product and was sent a completely different product. I repeatedly contacted them to ask for the product I ordered or to return the incorrect product and get a refund and finally the only offer they offered was a 20% off my next purchase!!
Don't buy from them they are a scam outfit!!!

I paid £28.95 for 'qomfort' clogs. I eventually received cheap crap from China, stank of chemicals, unwearable! All I have been offered is a 20% refund, absolutely disgraceful, never buying anything from here again!!!

Disappointed customer
Order finally received. Shoes were a completely different colour towhat I had ordered and the quality was far below one would ordinarily expect.
Requested how I could return for a full refund. I've been told I would need to return to China at my expense so I have opted for their 2nd option of a 20% refund.
Please be very wary of this company and would advise not to purchase any goods.

I love the products when I actually receive them. Wish they were sold in stores. The customer service is a joke they say they will get back to you in 24 hrs sent many messages and still haven’t heard anything about my order placed over a month ago! Wish I knew if I will ever receive it!

6 months and not recive my order
I made two orders since April 2023 and keep sending emails to cancel one and ask about the order! I haven't heard anything, plus I lost $200. A year ago, I ordered some items and it took a long time to ship and when it came, it had missing items! Now I cannot get in touch with them to ask about the two orders that I placed six months ago!

This company need to fix their customer service and unfounded claims before hiring influencers to endorse them. I bought the foundation online. I’m using a U.K. credit card but they charged the amount in USD. The website stated 3-5 days for delivery. I didn’t receive a tracking number upon order and when I wrote to customer service they said the shipment is in transit and I will receive a tracking number in couple of days. 3 weeks in and I’m still waiting. I wrote again to ask for refund but no reply. I will keep chasing and will update but something doesn’t seem right about this brand
