Parcel late,wrong address, lost and no refund yet
2 weeks now, this order was late and never arrived by the time we leave Amsterdam. Now it's basically lost and havnt received a refund. I've been contacting them since day one but no luck with both their company nor DHL
. They also put in the wrong address. Nothing gone right and it's a 400 euro order. I can't be more disappointed. (Reply. I swear they don't read your emails properly. For thus I've already sent more than 15 emails.I started with, I have left Amsterdam. I'm currently in Johannesburg south Africa and they promise to deliver? They clearly havnt checked the order form it says clearly delivery to a pick up point. Where can I post a screen shot

I bought toner that didn’t work at all
I bought toner that didn’t work at all, tried it even on my hair extensions which is light blond and the colour on the website is dark blond… customer service told me this colour is to light for my own, I could agree although I have highlighted hair, so that’s why I tried it on my extensions and still the same effect which is none..money spend for nothing….

Wat vervelend om te horen dat je ontevreden bent over het product op onze webshop. Helaas kan het zo zijn dat een product bij een persoon anders uitvalt.
Wij kunnen je altijd van een advies voorzien maar we hopen dat je begrijpt dat wij niet het gebruik van de artikelen kunnen controleren. Hierdoor kan een product soms net anders uitpakken.

Very upsetting
Customer service & return policy terrible. I’m shocked at how a business like that can actually get customers.
Can’t return a products anymore even though they are still unused. a real shame because now the money is wasted.
Also you receive ONLY AFTER YOU ASK a template not even specified on the customer itself about “return policy”. customer service is definitely not this.
So a clear No I don’t recommend this store or their products.
