DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I've never experience such degree of unprofessionalism!!
Unfortunately, I didn't know that the Swedish website 'Hackvaxter Specialist' was operating with the company 'Haag Enzo'. This was misleading, otherwise I would have read Haag Enzo's reviews too!
My order is now more than 20 days delayed, and they never sent me any notifications about delivery. When I contacted them (through WhatsApp because the Swedish landline is disconnected), I only received vague responses. No specific day for delivery. I planned my whole trip (from Australia to Sweden) to be able to plant the trees (as they are for a summer house in Sweden), and now I need to go back to Australia and there is no one to plant the trees when (and if) they arrive, given the significant delay.
I'm now taking further legal action. Companies like this should NOT be operating!!
