Good, but over-priced.
Matches are great - a better quality than some other company's, however they are a bit pricey. £6.50 for 50 matches is steep, even given the fact they are a couple of cms longer than conventional matches which would be a fraction of the price.

I bought a mug as a gift, and it arrived very quickly (quicker than predicted) and was very well packaged. The mug itself is fantastic quality and looks very similar to the picture online, but with those slight differences you want to see in a hand-made piece.
