I ordered online not knowing it was…
I ordered online not knowing it was past Best Before Date. Next morning a staff from Habitat called, wanting to let me know so I can make an informed decision whether to proceed with purchase or refund ~ that was really thoughtful and professional. And when I said I’ll proceed because my dog is really fussy and only eats that item, they sold to me at a fair discount, so thank you Team Habitat !!

We love bringing our greyhound to…
We love bringing our greyhound to Habitat for Pets at Caulfield South. The staff make a fuss of her with treats and pats. They are always knowledgeable about their products, have a good range of stock and will help us out to the car with our purchases. We have other pet shops near us but choose to drive to Caulfield South for the great Service!
