Like the previous reviewer, Habitat.dk took my money then claimed to be double booked and cancelled the booking. Despite dozens of emails they always say 'they will process the refund later this week or early next week'. They never do. This has been going on for 3 months now. Avoid giving them money.
I have used their services for years up to 2 years ago. In 2019 I booked, through hotels.com, a house in Copenhagen managed by Habitat.dk and they immediately withdrew all the money even if this was not specified.
I canceled within the time needed to get the full refund, but after 2 years they still haven't refunded my 976 euros. Obviously they didn't do anything and I had to contact Habitat.com directly in Copenhagen which, making various excuses, has not yet returned my money.
