I felt I should leave this review as I must admit that after placing my order I read the other really bad reviews on here and I was very worried. However I sent a message to them and got an instant reply and received my order in 2 days. Very pleased with my items and a good price compared to elsewhere. My experience was a very good one and I would definitely use them again.
Scam website taking payments and sending nothing. Unreachable contact details. Non-existent 'Refund Policy' where a link should be at the bottom of the homepage. Chargeback.
This company is a scam. I ordered a Christmas present for my boyfriend at the beginning of December. It never arrived and there's no customer service to get the item resent or my money back. I've tried reaching out across every platform - email, Facebook messenger, Instagram, the lot — and there's no response. So yeah, its just a scam site taking people's money it seems.
