I've been working with Haasonline more than two years and for serious algo developers I recommend to stay away from it.

First, they are not honest. On the pricing page they say that with advanced license you can run unlimited number of bots but in reality it's only 30-40 bots. It's built on an outdated 32-bit architecture which is limited to 3GB of RAM, so if you run more bots, Haas server starts to crash, although it uses only 20-30% of your system resources. When asked how to fix this limit, they just upsell you to buy additional licenses.

Another problem is that it's quite buggy, especially with orders. For example, every time when you restart your server, open orders get stuck without any way to cancel it, so you have to reset the bot losing all the history of unrealized orders.

But the worst thing is the attitude of the team. In two years they haven't fixed many of the critical bugs. Support often ignore your tickets for weeks. It seems they don't care much about customer support.

After investing your time to build a serious algo framework and want to scale, you will find yourself stuck with buggy and limited system where the company just ignore your problems.

The customer support team were very responsive and answered all my questions. They even signed into my server to diagnose the issue I was having.

Best trade bot provider, hands down... harder to get started, but worht the learning curve. Decent exchange selection too, but waiting for defi integeration

Used haas last year but there was a 15 second delay between the API data from exchange data, so when trade signals started the trade order, most of the time I had to do manual trades and the bot was useless. waited a year for the cloud trading platform but Haas prevented me from using any US exchanges due to the fact Haas had rated the all US exchanges a “zero star” rating. Haas rule stated you can’t use an exchange if it’s below a one star rating. So Cloud trading platform is useless also if you use a U.S. exchange.

Very nice system. Easy to use. I'm already making good profits with the built in bots. I'm learning the visual language to create my own custom bots.

Love the software!!! It's easy to use to create a bot, especially the visual script, no coding experience is needed. and support team on discord are amazing answering every question thoroughly. Most comprehensive software I have ever used for crypto trading and support is great.

Haasonline is very Useful & accurate software that i seen before.
Support team is very quick & powerful on professional technical members.

Jeroen was a tremendous help, especially as someone new to the whole crypto-bot-trading field. He explained everything entirely and clearly and never seemed frustrated with me due to my lack of experience. This team member is extremely valuable and I hope he is properly commended.

HTS is a great application to use for crypto trading. The team are great and quick to respond to questions and requests. They also have a great discord channel for community support.
Overall, the application does exactly what it promises. There is a bit of a learning curve, but after that it's easy and intuitive to use.

Easy to backtest, tune and deploy trading bots. I started trading crypto futures using the HaasBots and haven't looked back. HaasScript makes it incredibly easy to write your own bot compared to python.

I tried Haasbot in 2018 back when I was noob at trading. You read on the internet that bots are good for noobs...but not with haasbot. It is as another guy said a bot for pro's. If you cant make money without it you wont with the bot's help. It is that simple.

Support was horrible back in February 2018 before they re-branded to what they look like today. The rebrand came a few months after I quit. And they claimed a lot of things I saw that were untrue. Back in Q1 2018 the forum was DEAD and no support to get really as a newbie. The support people had left the project/stopped logging on I remember. "we dont know where he is" and no new posts for weeks...

So I was dying when I saw the rebranding and marketing claims later.

The bot works if you are pro, expensive, dont ask for support, but the bot worked if you could figure out how.

As a former pro trader, I really liked this product. However, I must confess this is no ordinary product. It has a wide range of possibilities but can only be use by someone with long experience in trading. If that is the case, then this is a Rolls to play with.
Ergonomy: once again if you know what your are looking for, then that is ok, you will find all what can be expected from such a tool.
Connectivity: this is by far one of the most well connected trading tool to crypto exchanges
Functionnalities: here again, as a pro trader they are providing a fantastic toolbox. But unlike what they claim, having a fantastic toolbox will not help me design a winning strategy.
Pricing: this is quite expensive as 1st entry price is over 100$ per month with limited functionnalities. This clearly show that they are addressing a particular nich market.
Overall: excellent tool for a professional trader, not so much helpful to manage money for ordinary people. That is why I had mixed feelings about this product.

Even experience from one of the so called top crypto trading bot platform. I would have expected a more whouahouu effect. Though they are not lying on their product, my experience as a trader, is that they offer a good architecture to trade, but do not really provide strategies to earn money. I think in the end, customers are looking for such product and not all clients are experienced traders able to design a strategy.
