Sono pienamente soddisfatta. Avevo scritto una mail in quanto non ero sicura fosse un'azienda che si rivolgesse ad un'utenza di non professionisti del settore. Mi hanno risposto in poco tempo e mi hanno offerto un buono sconto sul primo acquisto. Ho acquistato e in 24 h ho ricevuto il pacco con tanto di campioni gratuiti per capelli e gadget dell'azienda. Che dire...fantastici e professionali. Complimenti!!

La sua affermazione e molto grave la invitiamo a rivalutare quest'ultima o a fornire mezzi di ciò che afferma a tutela della nostra immagine. Se ha effettuato un ordine sul nostro shop online e ha pagato l'ordine, gli scenari potrebbero essere i seguenti:
-L'ordine è stato spedito
-L'ordine è stato rimborsato a causa di esaurimento scorte
Ma in nessun caso TRUFFIAMO i nostri clienti.
