This is an ongoing situation. I bought a pair of shoes for nearly €60 from Haarlemo. They were too small. As per the company’s return policy, I have used DHL to return the shoes for exchange or refund. It’s been more than a week and Haarlemo refuse to receive the shoes, answer my many emails or answer the phone. Extremely disappointed. They have just robbed me!
