Brought our Hot Tub back in May. Liased with Pauline by phone and email she was so helpful and the website so good that we didn't feel we needed to visit the showroom. Hot Tub was arranged, delivered and installed within a week. Cannot fault the service to date. Would highly recommend. As for the Hot Tub itself (Azure model) we wernt sure how much we would use it but after months of thinking about it we decided to do it. We are loving it and have been in it every chance we get. Again, we highly recommend!

I made several inquiries to hot tub companies Holly was the only one to come back to me I explained what I was looking for but was out of the country until May I contacted her again and sorted a deal all the correspondence by phone and WhatsApp worked very well.it arrived on the time they said. The two guys Aaron &Neal were very friendly and professional and a credit to the company

Dan, was extremely professional, he talked through the whole service and the hot tub looked amazing when he had finished. He was also great with advice and tips for keeping our hot tub at the best and took his time with the whole process. Great job well done. I would highly recommend Dan for your hot tub service.

Fast efficient service

I was very impressed with H2O hot tubs from our first visit to the showroom right up to delivery and installation.
Pauline took our order and went through all our options and even after changing our mind about which hot tub we wanted a while later nothing was too much trouble.
Katie handled the delivery side of things and kept us updated and supplied us with all the information we needed. The day before delivery we were given a time slot and told that the delivery team would update us as to their expected arrival time.
Tony and Leighton delivered and installed our hot tub. They were both very friendly and explained the process and made sure we were happy with the position before filling. Tony explained all the controls and about the chemicals. They were both very professional and a credit to the company.

From start to finish the process and product was excellent 😀Molly, Katie were fantastic and extremely helpful and the installers Ty & Neal were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to each of you, very very happy with my new hot tub 😀

Dan came today to service hot tub. He is very friendly and polite. He was very clear with what the service entailed, fully explaining each section he would be completing. He was very thorough with his work and left the tub sparkling.

They carefully checked the access requirements to ensure a smooth delivery.

The sales team were very helpful, and the delivery team delivered the tub successfully without complaint

No pressure from start too finish every thing explained that I asked . Lots photos etc sent to them before install . Two guys very pleasant and did an excellent install .had the extra insulation and at the moment our solar is powering it all the time .

Dan was the engineer. Called an hour before the appointment so all clear. Completed all work and advised on filters. Explained all work and was really helpful. Absolute credit to H2O. See you next year!

Daniel serviced my hot tub today. He was punctual and very professional. He was meticulous in the work he carried out, clearly taking pride in the outstanding job he did. He kept me informed of the process throughout and was very knowledgeable and approachable, answering any concerns I had. Would highly recommend him.

We have just had our fourth service from H20 and, as always, they were super efficient, extremely helpful, and very polite. The engineer identified an issue we were having a problem with and was just very professional and friendly. He ensured the hot tub was in tip top condition before leaving. We highly recommend them.

The whole process from start to finish was so easy, very professional, we were given lots of information, Katie on sales kept us well informed on what we needed to do and Tony & Neal were tremendous with the delivery, installation and demonstration, we are thrilled with our new hottub.

Amazing, what can I say, Tony and Neal arrived on time, were polite, friendly and brilliant. Installation went like a dream from crane lifting into space to setting up. They were tidy, knowledgeable and very polite. Everything left neat and tidy and great help and guidance on what to do re maintenance etc. Thank you guys, can’t praise you enough
