Handling and Resolution of Property Repairs
We experienced water leakage into our flat from the above flat, which resulted in damage to the door. It took a couple of months initially to identify the source of the leakage, but once this was established, the repair was successfully completed. I appreciate Lizanne’s efforts in coordinating with Property Fix and the insurance company to arrange the necessary works. She was proactive and supportive in ensuring the repairs were carried out properly.
There were a few occasions where I needed to follow up for updates, which may have been due to competing priorities. Overall, I am grateful for her involvement and guidance, and the matter was ultimately resolved satisfactorily with her assistance.

Bath Leak solved quickly
Our building was recently taken over by Haus. Chloe H was responsive, despite being very new to managing our building and got a serious problem with my bathroom assessed and resolved quickly, before leaks affected other tenants in the building. The contractors used were a great service, clean, efficient and very pleasant.

Dealing with Chloe Heffer at Haus
We have been dealing with Chloe Heffer for almost 2 years. Chloe has gone beyond her role as the manager of the block. She has helped us with LPE1, credit control issues. We have called "a treasurer". She is a professional at AGMs, able to answer whatever is thrown at her and will always keep to her promise to get back to us should an item remains outstanding. I received prompt and helpful and kind assistance from Nicole in taking time to contact the Sippi parking permit team on my behalf when I needed to arragne a visitors parking permit for my builder to attend at short (2 days) notice and I found my account had been deleted and also wasn’t able to log onto the Haus portal due to password having been changed. Nicole emailed Sippi the next morning fully explaining my situation and the urgency of this situation and I received a response from the Sippi team the following morning. Thank you for your kind assistance with helping me to resolve this, i really appreciate it.

An exceptional lady in legals
I have struggled for months to get certificates needed to sell my property until I met Nicole Juste in the Legal Department. Nicole was pro active and helpful from the start and over a period of six months she did all she could to get the documents I needed . Nicole responded promptly to my every request , she gave feedback , up dated me on progress and was consistently kind and helpful . Unfortunately I cannot say this about all the Haus team but Nicole was exceptional and I am very grateful for her work in helping me .
If only all Management teams were like her life would be simpler !!
