My experience with this company was an awesome experience bcos Gyna is faithful and trustworthy organization with wonderful and lovely people who are readily available to respond to your request, need and well-being.
Relating with this company is great experience for me. And reading through their fertility and meals plan is also a good one.

However the biggest and awesome experience I had with this company was when my subscription was deducted for three months and I wrote them that I need a refund and it was gladly refunded with sweet words that I shouldn't panic about getting my money back.

Besides minor details, this food plan definitely gives great recommendations. It’s for sure a great guide for those who know nothing about nutrition.

I subscribed for a trial perid out of curiosity. I didn’t use it much but was helpful - with lots of recepies and prenatal info.

I didn’t use it much as I got pregnant quickly after subscribing, but I wasn’t very careful with subscriptions and stay subscribed to their meal plan. After seeing that I was still subscribed by mistake, they reimbursed me all the accidental payments. I appreciate it a lot!

I decided to purchase this and have no regrets. I have 2 children that I had no difficulty conceiving with. I switched prenatals to a pill with iron in it where my 2 prior pregnancies I’d been anemic with. I have been trying for a third for 1.5 years and have had 5 miscarriages. After reviewing all the information on this app I realized my prior prenatal had an active form of folate that can prevent miscarriages if you have the MTHFR gene. I have never been tested for this, but I have switched to a prenatal that includes this and I’m very hopeful that was the issue!

Company was cooperative about refunding multiple charges that happened all in one day which surprised me. Thanks for the customer service!

I started reading and found it helpful, but had to cancel due to the life emergency. However I got charged two more times and they have never refunded it. I am still waiting. It is very difficult to hear back from them. It really made me wonder about how trustworthy they are.

Highly recommended and trustworthy. Experienced an issue with billing. Contacted them directly via email. Received a response within a few hours and the issue was resolved promptly. Email follow-ups were shared on time and the company ensured the feedback provided to them would be communicated to the right parties. Overall issue was handled in a very satisfactory manner.
