I had a trial and cancelled the membership before the day it was supposed to be charged and they charged me 4 days before that date.
They do not answer the emails, it’s absolutely SCAM.
I also have sent an email to mary@ and nobody answer…

Think this might be a scam
I set up an account and subscribed, but haven’t received any confirmation email and I cannot get into my account (it says there is no account). I’ve emailed their support email address twice and they responded to resolve the issue.

Complete scam
I signed up for the free trial of the Gyna app and cancelled my subscription shortly after, as I no longer needed the service. I never used the app again.
Yesterday, I received an email saying that my subscription would be renewed for 6 months, with a note saying I could cancel at any time. When I clicked the link, I was told that my account was deactivated.
To my surprise, this morning I was charged $99.
I tried to contact customer support, both through the app and via email, but I only received error messages: “Unfortunately we're not able to respond to inquiries sent to this address. Just jump over to our help center to get the help you need.” However, when I clicked on the help center link, I got another error message saying: “Our apologies. We encountered an unexpected error. Our team has been notified and we're working to fix the issue.”
So I currently have no way to contact them or resolve this issue.
This feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before subscribing.
After I received the answer from Gyna, I contacted Mary and sent a message on instagram but I didn’t receive any answer. I don’t have access to the app anymore but they continue to charge me. You actually don’t care about me !

Don't be intimidated. Just start by reading through the education. Make little changes from there as you learn them. They guide you on things to avoid and supplements to take. I'm 43, pregnant, and grateful.

Health conditions
In my opinion, it works very well in terms of providing information, but not so well for a diet plan, for example, because it doesn't ask about the diseases of people like me who have colitis and, without taking that into account, just gives a diet plan to improve fertility.

I enjoy the simplicity
I enjoy the simplicity of reading in short bite size pieces, as well as explaining common buzz words and phrases like “insulin resistance” because so many doctors and articles use phrases like that expecting everyone to know what it means but Gyna is the first time I’ve actually understood what it, and other phrases, mean.

I had a really positive experience…
I had a really positive experience reading the content from Gyna. I found it both informative and genuinely interesting, with lots of useful insights that I hadn’t come across before. It’s refreshing to come across information that actually teaches you something new rather than repeating the same points you see everywhere else.
