I ordered a massage gun from them on the 29.01. It is 6th of March and I still have not received my order. The support replies with an automated message from Betty same as here.
I have ordered from them a couple of years ago and had an excellent experience so I am surprised that this time around everyone is being scammed in this way!
Fraudulent company!
After a few weeks, my massage gun, which I had only used a few times, was suddenly broken. It no longer turned on, only the LED was still lit and showed a full charge.
After requesting a video of proof, I was sent a shipping label and told to send the item back to get a replacement.
Then weeks passed without any information and when I enquired, I was told that there were unfortunately delivery bottlenecks and that I would have to be patient. Some time after the stated deadline, nothing had arrived and when I asked, I was assured that my goods were now being prepared for dispatch. Of course, nothing arrived again. I have now sent countless inquiries by email and each time a so-called Betty assures me that my goods will be dispatched in the next few days, sometimes I was addressed with a false name with texts copied from other customer emails....
Don't buy here or expect to be cheated and not get a replacement in case of defects.

Good product and friendly customer service afterwards. I had an issue with my massagegun but they resolved it.

I ordered on 10th of february and it still is not shipped! I emailed about 1,5 weeks ago and received a reaction that it would be shipped last week.
But still there is no update at all and im still waiting for my package! The tracking says the package is still not shipped by the seller...
The whatsappcontact was already offline when i ordered and they blocked the possibility to comment or message on instagram.
I hope i will receive my package quickly otherwise i will have to press charges..
UPDATE 14-03-2024:
Still nothing. I want to cancel my order because the tracking says that the label is made for 2,5 weeks now but the package is not yet handed over to GLS (deliverer). Gymtastic says it has been shipped a long time ago but the tracking says otherwise. They dont cancel my order, dont give my money back, i really think im scammed by this trashy fake organisation. GYMTRASHTIC
UPDATE 25-03-2024:
Still no update in my tracking. Everything is still the same. I ordered 1,5 MONTH AGO
Their reaction on here on my review is very fake. I have emailed Betty a few times before and she has responded with that it has already been shipped (so i cant cancel my order), but that is also almost A MONTH AGO. Still no updates, im sure they are just SCAMMING people! I want to cancel my order and my money back

My son's gun can no longer be charged. I have been trying to find out how this can be repaired since it was bought in Feb 2023 but I have not gotten answers despite several emails. (no phone contact is possible)

My GymGun Fit 2.0 is now not only part of my rehab program, but also used after each workout for best recovery after each workout session. Initially I had some issues with my GymGun, with excellent aftersales help by Gymtastic's kundenservice. All very important in future engagements with Gymtastic. Highly recommend GymGun Fit 2.0.
