“I placed an order about a month ago with Gymstop for some supplements intended as New Year and Christmas gifts for friends. Unfortunately, the order didn’t arrive, and there were no updates from the company. After numerous follow-ups and communications, the package finally arrived yesterday, but it’s now too late for the intended purpose and will just end up in the trash. Despite paying for expedited shipping, it took nearly a month for the order to arrive. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.”

No package was delivered to me. No one at my address received it, and I did not sign for it. I checked my home, nearby places, and asked neighbors, but the order was not found.

This is a true and honest claim. I am not trying to get a refund unfairly. I am only asking for help because the order never reached me.

I am not a wealthy person, and this purchase is important to me. I do not have enough money to lose for something I did not receive.

If you believe the order was delivered, please share clear proof, such as:

Where exactly it was delivered

Any delivery photo or signature

Courier delivery details

I kindly ask you to please review this case again and help me with a fair solution.

They sell a lot of stuff past the best before date, & they mostly make that perfectly clear in titles and descriptions.
However the things I bought turned out to be over 2 years past their BB! To Gymstop's credit, they were very helpful about the return and refund.

Send wrong item but will not refund postage.
I ordered a Metallica shaker, my order confirmation email has a Metallica shaker, the ‘my orders’ page has a Metallica skaker, they sent an AC/DC shaker. Ok mistakes happen, contacted Gymstop and received a reply from David U, I have to return at my cost and they will not refund the initial postage, David says I didn’t not select the correct drop down (I’ve sent proof of what I ordered) I’ve asked David to explain the ‘my orders page and the confirmation email has a clear image of the Metallica shaker but he is now ignoring my emails.
It was an Xmas present for a friend, i understand and mistakes happen but they also need to be resolved, extra hassle for me now and I have to buy another one from somewhere else meaning double the cost, poor service on multiple fronts.

Great prices, huge range, customer service is extremely quick and goods are very well packed by someone whom has common sense and does a great job. Have made many purchases and never a problem with their products, just about to order some more.

I ordered coffees, turned out they are a year out of date, not a month but 1 year, they are prepared to refund but I have to pay to send them back, so I will be out of pocket, I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to deal with.

I have placed two orders now fron Gymstop. On the whole I was fairly pleased with the service received.

The website has a very large selection of items and my order was shipped fairly quickly and nicely packaged.

One aspect of ordering to be aware of though concerns "out of date" items. You might think that such items would be a few weeks out of date. Some of the items ordered were nearly a year out of date and very obviously stale. It's not a bargain if it goes straight on the compost heap!

The website does list "best before" dates so you can make your own mind up but ordering out of date items needs to be approached with caution. Some items e.g. peanut butter are probably okay well beyond their shelf life. Other items e.g. baked goods may well be stale.

Amazing site.

My first order and what a great transaction from start to finish, no problems whatsoever.
I bought Red Dragon energy drinks for the brilliant sale price of £10 a case, I was unsure if short dated etc but no, the cans have an expiry in 2027.
My shipment of 5 cases were shipped in really sturdy boxes and packed really well, obviously a person and a company that have pride and after my email with customer services they clearly do care and give the best service that I have had from an online retailer, so good I have made two more purchases and looking forward to receiving them.
If you want a company with great prices, huge choice and gold standard customer service and not forgetting how well packed the items are then look no further…..one stop shop this is it…🙏🏻

Products were great delivery took a while. I had to contact them to check when it would be delivered but came within days when i did. But that might just be coincidence
