Ordering was simple and delivery was a week or so.

Ordered products but received an email stating there is a four working day delay for dispatch. This should have been highlighted at point of order.

I recently bought Whey protein from Gymstop. It stated it was out of date. I thought it would be a few weeks to my shock when it arrived it actually went out of date on Nov 2021. I am shocked at this apparently it was in the description somewhere. When I contacted them they said they were sorry I wasn't happy with my order. Any nutrients it contained would be gone. It is costing me over £6 to return it. I would never buy from them again. These are milk products!

I placed my order on Sunday 14th April and delivery says 4-7 working days. My email also said I would be notified when my order would be dispatched so I can track it. No email received no updates today is 7 working days and it 17:15pm and nothing has arrived. I’ve read some negative reviews and i realised I should of listened. If Gymstop read my review please inform me when my order will arrive or refund the money you have taken from my account on Monday 15th April total £39.97. NOW it’s 19:09pm in 24th April stil NO ORDER! After emailing a complaint to customer service I finally revealed an email to say my order would be delivered today. Happy I finally received my order but would never order again.updated 27th April.

I ordered 10 tubs of solo meal shakes and andnso did my partner, they all arrived very badly damaged, some with big cracks in the lid and a majority of the seals broken causing powder to go everywhere. Very poor handling and packaging and also hygiene concerns due to a lot of the seals being broke on the tubs. Unsatisfied to say the least.

Ordered a product on 8/2. Was only told after I ordered it could take up to 4 days to ship my order. Even then it is now 17/2 and my order is still yet to be shipped. I have emailed 2 days ago asking for an update or a refund and still not had a response. Disappointed as I was looking forward to my order :(

My order arrived after two weeks (I can live with that). However, 1 case of wow hydrate was short dated but was completely undrinkable, my elite athlete daughter took 1 sip and couldn't drink the rest - in the bin they went. The other product (optmum nutrition amino and electrolyte) was sold at full price but on drinking it and realised it tasted funny i noticed it was also short dated but I wasn't told. I will never use them again!

I received my order fairly quickly
Also the products I bought were much cheaper than anywhere else.
Would definitely use this company again.
