Everything arrived perfectly, happily using my new dumbells already. Good weights for a good price

There only a small company and it's nice that they adopt same a personable approach.

Thoroughly recommend Gym Sets Limited. The kettle bell I bought was good quality and a good price.

First time buying from GYM SETS LTD, and it did not disappoint! Very easy experience and transaction. All the way up to delivery. I will definitely be back to buy more! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this company!

Avoid. I ordered 2 kettlebells with a delivery date within 4 working days. They didnt arrive and after contacting the company I was told that they where on order with a dispatch date in a months time. Despite telling me otherwise I received no correspondence from them telling me about the this delay and if I hadnt contacted them I would still be none the wiser. I have now sent three emails clearly requesting cancellation of my order and a full refund. In response I have received emails which appear to be stalling my request, offering me a credit note, future discount etc.. if I continue with my order. I have never experienced anything like this previously and there seems something very wrong with the way this company does business. I will definitely not be going anywhere near them again in the future and I only wish I had seen their reviews before I ordered from them. If I do not receive a full refund I will be contacting trading standards over the matter and pursuing my money through small claims court. A 15% partial refund: If you wish to continue with your order, we can issue a 15% partial refund back to your original payment method.

A full store credit conversion: If there is another item you might want from our shop instead, we can convert your full order amount into store credit so you can easily choose an alternative

Full swap of ordered items to anything you like that we can send over instead.

If you would still prefer to go ahead with the complete cancellation and a full refund, just let me know and I will get that processed for you straight away!

Further update 09/07/26. Email received from GYM SETS-

I'm writing to let you know that your full refund has now been processed today to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Seriously are these people deluded. They're asking for me to change my review to 5 stars because theyve been so good to cancel my order and refund my money finally. Unbelievable- dont go near everyone. Seriously, this is the worst experience ive ever had purchasing something on line. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a knee support from Gym Sets Ltd, I am very pleased with it, good quality at a very good price and came in good time, would not hesitate to buy off them again.

After reading all the reviews of this company it appears I have now fallen subject to the same
Only a partial delivery with items missing.
You then try and contact the company who state the order will be completed once the goods arrive in the wharehouse !?! ( surely if the goods are not available then you shouldn’t sell them with a delivery date of 2-4 days !! )

I have now lost contact with the team and no one answers emails etc

Trying and hopeful that I will receive the delivery but after reading the reviews I am doubtful I will get anything back other than the usual review feedback telling us all that our feedback is importantly to them !?

I cancelled my order before it was dispatched. The company eventually refunded me but deducted an unnecessary amount in payment processing/cancellation fees. This wasn’t something I’d expect from a UK online retailer, and it has put me off buying from them and I’d strongly recommend everyone else proceed with caution. I can’t comment on the quality of the product because it never arrived, but my experience of the cancellation process means I won’t purchase from them again. Sometimes it’s worth paying a little bit more for a reputable brand / company and it’s clear from their poor reviews they are best avoided

A very trustworthy business. I ordered my weights off these guys and they turned up well ahead of time . both sets of 24kg adjustable on same delivery. gym sets message you to make sure everything is all ok if any issues. Very happy with the service .

Horrendous company, ordered gym equipment mid June for £400+, still not delivered.

Very good good product. You wouldn't of guessed that they was a small company, the quality of the product is very good. I bought 2x5kg bumper weights. Delivery was very fast, this is the place I'll be coming back to if I need anymore weights in the future. Definitely worth trying out for anyone thats new to them

Bought a reformer machine it broke within a few months they want me to pay to send it back even though it is faulty and I may or may not get reimbursed so now left out of pocket and no product do not use this company terrible customer service

We were sent the incorrect item, still not resolved after nearly three weeks.

Update as of 16/07/2026 - laughing at them making this a priority. We've had to repeatedly chase, including on Instagram, and have today received a tracking number - but I won't believe it til I see the items delivered. Still strongly recommend avoiding any purchase.

Awesome adjustable dumbbells delivered very quick as well.

Awful company. I ordered some dumbbells. DPD said they were unable to deliver so to contact the merchant. It’s taken me around 20+ emails back and fourth, and threats to contact Trading Standards and to raise it with the payment provider for them to refund me. Do not buy from here.

Great products at a great price. Deliveries on time. Can't complain. Will continue to purchase from Gym Sets.
