Delivery is terrible

Delivery is terrible, custom charges they don't tell you about, customer service is absolutely awful, they don't get back to you and they ripped me off with their mystery box offer. It was supposed to have t-shirt, vests and shorts but they sent 4 horrible shorts and a cap that was it. Please do not use this company (they've also got rid of all their socials)

excellent product but came in extremely bad packaging, it looks used!

I ordered a hula hoop and a leather jump rope from gym room. It came on time but when I opened the package, it was bashed at the sides with the cardboard damaged and ripped. The product itself is amazing and works really well. But the box it comes in is a massive disappointment considering I had paid good money for it. I bought it as a gift for my husband. I would not recommend it as a gift for anyone - if you do buy it - get your own box!

Could have done much better!

Ordered this Athletic Support on 20th August, it was received on 16th September, after some emails chasing! I opened the box 2 days after receiving it and found that it looks like it had been returned previously as a faulty item ? (the stitching was undone on the lower straps).
I couldn't be bothered to send it back after waiting so long for it so I redid the stitching/washed it. Please do not mix new goods and faulty returns!

instructions were not straight forward

Stayed in all day did not recieve item had to ring up and find out when item was being deliverd ad to take a other half day off work to recieve parcel ... instructions were not that easy to assemble cross trainer ... but once up and going its just perfect and great value for money ... even with the hiccups I will be ordering again . Thanx

Exactly what I wanted

Well made kettle bells, delivered quickly and well packaged at a competitive price with a chart of suggested exercises. Recommend.

Despite an answer to my poor review still no action!

It has now been 4 weeks since my order was placed and I have received neither the goods nor a refund. Countless emails (all from different customer service advisors - they have a huge department to deal with all the issues or they use randomised names?!?). They have claimed delivery, got me to stay in all day to speak to the driver (didn't arrive), cancelled and promised refunds (not received) and then today have emailed to say that part of the order is unavailable and would I like to cancel it.

There is no way to contact the company except through email - I would not recommend using this company - luckily mine was a relatively small order - I dread to think how they are with larger more complex orders! Steer clear and use someone else.

Good service - polite communication but .....

Everything was great - arrived quickly, good product. However, I wanted to add to my purchase, spoke to a customer services person who said he'd arranged it, then my card wouldn't go through. I asked for an email so I could pay online and this didn't happen. The outcome was that I had to make the extra purchase elsewhere and pay for the postage.

Product Arrived in Good Time

Found what I needed and standard shipment choice arrived in good time.
Unfortunately, either the fitting of the Compex electrodes I ordered were not compatible for the instrument I was using it for, or the quality of the press studs were low quality.

Good customer service when needed.

Made an order and items were delivered the next day as had been confirmed by email. Unfortunately items were damaged. Having contacted customer services and emailed images to the company new items were dispatched and received the next day. This time there were no issues. Overall I am happy with the service provided. The phone does often ring out however when calling.
