Love this brand
Love this brand! Personally I love the infinity shorts, I have them in almost every color!! The customer service is unmatched! My package got delivered to the wrong address and they were able to contact the carrier and get it turned around asap!! Love what you do guys

Gym Reapers has incredible customer support. I've never had an issue that has taken more than 30 minutes to resolve. They are super responsive and easy to deal with. I've purchased many of their products (gifted a few to my friends), I've worked them hard and they hold up to the abuse. Amazing stuff from amazing people!

I order a gym kit a year ago
I order a gym kit a year ago. It came with a lever belt, wrist wraps, knee pads, etc, you know the works. As someone who was new to the gym and just focused on losing weight I never had need for the belt. However this year after going to the Arnold sports festival. I was motivated to start powerlifting which means I’d need a belt. The one that came with my order was too small which is my fault because I thought a L would be big enough. Anyways here it is a year later and I was able to show it was still new in package never used and Gym Reapers still let me exchange for a size that fits. I spoke with Jazzy Jenn who was phenomenal. Her customer service combined with gym reapers is top tier. You now have a customer for life and I will recommend gym reapers to everyone I can. I can’t wait to see the gym reapers booth at next years Arnold sports festival! Thanks again for being so understanding!

Their customer service is truly unmatched in today’s world. I received a lifting belt for Christmas and had an issue with the lever. Sent an email Christmas Day thinking nothing of it and that I would have to wait until after the holiday weekend for a response. They responded within the hour with a confirmation email with the replacement part. Truly impressed and will be a life long customer.

I am always so anxious whenever I have to reach out to customer service in general just because I’m either talking to a bot or talking to someone who does not care BUT that has never been my experience with Gymreaper. Customer service in their own league
When it comes to customer service I haven't experienced a better team than the gymreapers team. I've been ordering gym gear from gymreapers for a couple years now, and I have yet to have any issues with any of it. All wraps, sleeves, belts, and anything else I've ordered is still in good working condition and seems to stay that way for another long while. I recently lost a pair of wrist wraps and then ordered them again. However, I ended up ordering the wrong set of wrist wraps. So I reached out to their customer service team and explained my situation to them. Within an hour I already had an email back with guidance how to resolve my issue. From using other customer service from different companies I was expecting this process to take about a week, but gymreapers didn't let me down and resolved my situation the same night. That only will keep me buying from them again and again.

GymReapers has been extremely supportive to our new and upcoming high school powerlifting club. Their quick response, feedback, and arrangements for equipment and gear purchases have been nothing short of what you would expect from a company who sets the standard. Customer service has been wonderful.
Additional Tax charges billed later for orders outside of America
My son ordered a item which arrived in the post in the UK. A few weeks later we received a fedex invoice in the post charging us for export tax plus additional charges to fedex. I have been through all the paperwork he has been sent in relation to his order from Gym Reaper and this has not been made clear to him when he placed the order. I have been through their website and found a paragraph on VAT, this was not easy to locate and I am annoyed that this wasn't communicated when the order was placed. We have ordered from other places in America and the taxes always form part of the order.
This should of been clearly communicated and I am disgusted that a company is allowed to add additional unknown charges onto an order especially as the order was placed by a person under the age of 18.
I am writing this review to let people outside of America aware of this and my advice would be to not place the order as it has tax implications afterwards. As his parents we are now left to pick up the cost. AVOID!

Bra broke after 6 months of having it
Bra broke after 6 months of having it. Sent photo and receipt to customer service email. Within 3 days, they shipped off a new one. No issues at all. Ive yet to receive item yet but got confirmation email of shipping with tracking. Will continue to buy from them.

Gymreapers is by far the best gym equipment and company on the market. I have ordered multiple products and have never been dissatisfied! First thing I have had this belt for a long time now. The lever on my belt busted, and they replaced free of charge! Such a great company!
