I ordered my gym proluxe and after 1…
I ordered my gym proluxe and after 1 month the bands snapped. I then paid for and reordered new bands. 1 week later they snapped. Now I'm trying to use my warranty on both I'm being asked to pay more. Awful company.

A nice machine with a good range of exercises
After going to a few Pilates reformer classes, I was keen to try it at home. This is great to do a wide range of different exercises and folds away easily. The small instruction booklet that comes with it is awful-it is actually really easy to set up but this booklet made it very difficult-watching the video is much more straight forward. Seems good quality but one of the wooden stands had come off when it arrived so had to be glued back on.

Unreliable product. 4 bands have broken in 6 months!
In a 6 month period 2 white tension bands and 2 green bands have broken. I only recieved a replacement green last week and now a white broke in today's workout. The product gets used 3-4 times a week and I carefully follow their instruction videos. This product is not fit for purpose and I refuse to keep paying for postage of replacement bands if this keeps happening. The bands need a redesign.
EDIT: The team resolved the issue for me, and I am able to use the product again to its full potential.

Lost package, unable to get reply
Ordered my product with no problem, received notifications about my delivery.
The product was 'delivered' to a safe space, which in reality was a doorstep on a busy footpath, returning home hours after delivery said product can not be found.
Have contacted Gymproluxe three times and can't get a response. Very disappointed.

Pilates reformer base unit
Ordered the Pilates reformer base came with a day/2 of ordering slight problem with the bands but was soon fixed foc by the customer team and now all working correctly. Have it set up in the kitchen haven’t done a “proper” workout due to being out of exercise a long time but really enjoy just being able to take my time and do a few exercises whilst “hanging” around in the kitchen and helping to build my strength and stamina. Tried formal Pilates and found it a bit much so happy with being able to go at my level in my time building up to doing the classes on the app. Really happy with my purchase thank you

The system itself does what it says on…Does what it says on the tin but with limitations
The system itself does what it says on the tin.
Seems well built and robust and doesnt feel like it will break any time soon.
My only issue is that the width between the plastic clamps for tension bands is not wide enough to promote a good posture and position for the exercises you would use this device for.
For example, if you are doing:
Bench press the clamps sit against your shoulder blades which is uncomfortable.
Curls your feet should be a hips width apart but this forces them together.
I would like to say that this is because i am broad but my 15yr old son has the same problems and so does my 10st wife so it is blatently a design flaw.
I have tried looking through the accesories and they is also no option to buy (or at the point of purchase) a wider belt.

I ordered the Pilates reformer over 2 weeks ago and it is faulty thus unable to build and use. Customer support has been very slow and appear to be stalling so it has been very frustrating! No further forward
On the plus side I have the resistance bands and they are excellent

Really glad I can finally bring the gym home and end my gym membership. The Band & Bar Set 2.0 has been a solid addition, and easy to use, feels sturdy, and fits perfectly into my routine without taking up space.
