Bought the Gymproluxe and have only used it a couple of times so far but I'm really pleased with it. Simple to use and I'm impressed with after sales info. Loads of exercise suggestions with brilliant videos to explain how to do the exercises. I'm going to get alot of use out of the equipment which is of very high quality. A great buy.

Utter rubbish and scam, required bank to dispute on my behalf
Bought on 11th may for birthday present. Received open box, used equipment. Was returned after finally get response from this company via impost label they supplied. Confirmed delivered back to Gymproluxe on 19th June, still no refund. Writing review here as see company reply publicly not privately. Avoid at all costs. You are warned these people are con artists and I will need to ask my bank to step in. DON’T PURCHASE

Very Poor Customer Service
I ordered the Gymproluxe bundle on 17th June, and it arrived on the 20th June. I emailed on 20th July looking to return the item and they have refused saying it falls outside of their timescales. This is Day 30 after having received the item which according to their website there is a 30 day returns policy. Really poor and would not recommend.

Band & Bar Set 2.0
Bought Band & Bar Set a few weeks ago. Great piece of kit for getting back to structured training and exercises. I'm 65 and reasonably fit, but this set can help me improve my overall strength and mobility. It's easy to set up, the videos are excellent and the band and bar can be used in any room at home.

I have just started dipping my toe in the water with the with the equipment. I hope it was going to be as good as they say when I first watched on YouTube. I am extremely impressed it has already exceeded all my expectations. I look forward to using it every day. I really do enjoy in dipping in and out through out the day given my work schedule when a have 5 or 10 minutes it is quick and easy to set up and use and you still feel the benefits. The Gymproluxe product is great overall, with only one notable weak point (from my experience) being the connector points of the restraint bands. Literally worst ever customer service
Literally worst ever customer service. Put an order in. Business uses outdated shopping app to buy, which prepopulated the order with an old address. Contacted the company within seconds to try and resolve but met with an absolute refusal to help. This is despite the fact the order actually hadn’t been dispatched and was still processing. Clearly just could not be bothered. Avoid.

I've received various emails - a thank you, some free gift links to the e-books, reminders to grab the app and join their community etc etc.
First issue is they keep inviting you to join the app and make use of a free program, however the free period begins immediately... whether you have the equipment yet or now. I therefore wouldn't recommend anyone does anything with the app until you receive the product.
Since placing the order, the status has been stuck on "getting ready". I have emailed for an update, and yet to have a response.
It will be interesting if I get the same "issues with our emails being received" line, considering what I mentioned earlier about receiving their other emails...
2 stars for now based on order/communication issues - I hope I can improve this review soon.

An all round win
Forgive me if this review is a bit lengthy.
I'm 68 years old. I've always tried to keep myself pretty fit because of my previous job. During my working life I picked up several injuries; broken bones and others. I now have a damaged lower spine and a prosthetic right shoulder. The prosthetic was showing signs of wearing out with reducing movement and increasing pain. My back was always painful.
I'm now in a situation where I need to keep strong and fit to care for my ailing wife.
I have some small pieces of excercise kit which I used most mornings and six weeks ago bought a basic Gymproluxe kit with added long bands.
I have used it every morning since and combined it with Pilates style excercise.
I have found the results remarkable.
I tailor my routine to care for my rather unreliable shoulder and back using a low resistance band.
The result is that I feel physically much stronger. The residual pain in my joints is almost completely gone and my range of movement in my right arm with the failing prosthetic is hugely improving. The strength in that arm is also greatly improved. My back mobility is similarly improving. A minor point, also, is that my body shape is changing as it tones up.
In short this kit has enabled me to improve my excercise routine in ways that I had no idea was possible.
I am hugely impressed with the Gymproluxe kit and the excercise guides. I wish I'd bought it years ago.
I feel that it will enable me to maintain and improve my general fitness, strength and mobility in the years, and tribulations to come.
Finally, the fitter I become physically the fitter I become mentally.
It's an all round win.
