Absolutely shocking! Do not order!! I ordered in January, it’s now end of April and no order arrived, with multiple attempts of contacting them just to receive the same crappy response saying they’re passing to the relevant department to investigate

Do not order. This is a scam. You will not receive your item and the email they provide with bounce back with a bunch of letters and numbers.

Ordered a gym bag from Gympack. The item never shipped, and after multiple attempts to resolve it directly, I was told a refund would not be issued.

Hoping they choose to make this right for future customers.

Do not buy from this company. Still no sign it has even been shipped. Have stopped responding to my emails. Total scam

I bought a lunch box from them. It was not what I expected. I wanted the instructions to return it. Over 2 months I have been given the run-around. Customer service is in the dumpster!

It’s been a month and still have not received my package. Kept asking for a refund bc of how late it was. They refused to give one.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Blatantly didn’t receive the bag that was advertised! This is definitely a scam company. Don’t buy anything, all the customer service is foreign also, so you have no chance of getting anything.

My items were of very poor quality and damaged due to poor packaging.
Multiple emails were sent back and fourth in regards to a returns label which they would not send me. This was ongoing for 3 months and I had to resolve the issue through my bank.
Not professional at all.

Horrible I wish I had read this before buying from there Christmas sale this is insane how have they not gotten taken down it’s been over two weeks not even a tracking number or anything asked for a refund and nothing but please be patient from Vanessa Castro other than she forwarded it to the responsible dept.

Still haven’t received item and it’s been 3 weeks , appalling customer service , took days to respond to my emails with a rubbish stock standard reply with no answers as to where my item is and how long it will be till it arrives

Terrible experience – no response, no refund, took my money and disappeared

I placed my order with Gympack on 26 November and have received absolutely no proper response or refund despite multiple attempts to contact them. They ignored every message and offered no solution.

I neither want a replacement nor a new shipment — I want my full refund immediately. After waiting for over 6 weeks without any communication and no resolution, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat customers.

I strongly caution others about buying from this company until they sort out their customer service. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I was in the market for a nice all in one bag, I was looking at Wolfpak but had trouble justifying the price point.

I heard from a colleague about Gympack, so checked out their social media and was impressed with the marketing.

So, decided to jump on the Christmas deal and order a bag + a couple patches off their website. I ordered the bag on December. 19th, 2025.

For starters, the shipping was all through a Chinese company which was confusing because it appeared that the company was American?

I got the bag today, it was the right colours and appears to be the right size but has ZERO Gympack branding on it.

I’m convinced I just got a bag of Temu or Ali-Express, not an actual Gympack bag.

I would advise against buying from them, just being that they don’t appear to lead with integrity or morals.

Not very impressed, especially considering the bag was shy of $200 CAD with the patches.

Update on my last review. I FINALLY got the bag. Quite honestly I love the bag and seems to be very well built. The only negative comment I have which makes me not give it 5 stars was that it took 7 weeks to get to me (not the 7-10 days advertised) but I give the bag a thumbs up.

Total scam can't believe they haven't been shut down yet. Took my money no delivery. They don't respond to emails, nothing. Do not buy from this company.

I have not received my goods.
They refuse to give me a refund.
I can't track my goods - despite the email saying " its with their logistics department " .
They are obviously a scam.
For the first time and last time I bought goods online without reading reviews and I've paid for it

Absolute scam, nothing like what is on the website, do not buy from here, the bag is a temu bag, please spread this if you can so more people don't get mugged off

Do not buy trust me it’s like a Temu version lol horrible quality I have the receipts to prove it ! Save your money and trust me what you see on the site is absolutely not what you get!

Never ever received my item and 4 months later I’m still waiting for my refund. I always get the same generic response ‘ sorry for any inconvenience and thankyou for being patient.

I just want my money back!

Rip off company. Products are shipped from China so take significantly longer than the 3-9day estimated delivery time. Mine took near enough 2 months to arrive.
Products are cheap and nasty and not what they appear to be on the website and not worth the price. Could probably get better quality Products from Temu!

I am deeply disappointed with Gympack and feel compelled to warn other customers before they make the same mistake.

I placed my order and was told that delivery would take 5–7 business days. In reality, I waited over 2.5 months — with no proper communication, constant delays, and endless excuses. When the parcel finally arrived, it was in poor condition, completely different from the description, and missing the paid personalization service that I had been charged extra for.

Despite providing all the evidence and following every step they requested, I have received nothing but automated, repetitive responses that lead nowhere. The customer service agent handling my case, Vanessa Castro, has shown zero accountability, zero problem-solving ability, and zero respect for the customer’s time and rights.

This company completely fails to follow its own stated policies and shows no regard for consumer protection laws.
After weeks of pointless communication, I have now escalated this matter to higher authorities and formal dispute channels.

If you value your money, time, and peace of mind — avoid Gympack at all costs.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly disappointing experience from start to finish.
