Never buy from Gym Dolphin!

My order never arrived. I was communicating with someone named Hilda, who first assured me everything was fine. But when I asked for a refund, they told me I had to pay again so they could send a new item.

This is unacceptable — I already paid, received nothing, and now they want more money?

Terrible service and zero responsibility. I strongly do not recommend this company.

Never ordered from them yet somehow recieved an order (and was charged for it). I refused it and sent it back. I have asked for a refund at least 5 times via email (because the phone # is no good) and through Facebook. And got no where!

Worst online store ever, customer service is a joke, a monkey will be more resolutive. I given my address details amd they send it alse where and then they blame it on me, even tho i had proofs. Then they wanted me.to paymore in orther to solve their mistake. After 20 emails i got tired and ask for the refound and they said they will give me half, im definitely reporting this to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

crooks sent wrong items poorly sewn and to ship back costs about $40 plus SCAM DO NOT SHOP HERE USA products only did not know it was based in China

Would give no stars. Do not use! Products are really poor quality and design and you will not get a refund! I posted items back and they just sent them back to me! Sent many emails and they offered me 20% refund. Lost £150!! They asked me to keep the items. What’s the point of keeping items that don’t fit!! Not to mention rubbish design eg 1 leg longer than the other on leggings!!

Basically the sizing is massive . I got a medium . The clothing was like XXXXXXL for a much bigger person. They won’t refund me for it and are telling me it’s not worth returning because of shipping rates .

Data is not secure and scam companies get access to data and spam scam emails.

We order a parcel more than a month ago from Gymdolphin. The parcel is still in China, Please don't order anything from them, they will sent you mails to say just wait a little bit longer and that is all You receive, We eventually receive the parcel after 3 months, The quality is so so so so BAD, I threw it in the rubbish bin, I did not even try it ON

I purchased a couple of items from Gymdolphin recently.
The PU bodysuit had a really bad smell.
I washed it well and the smell is still there.
The second item (leggings) is not what I expected or seen on ad.
I contacted Gymdolphin and requested a refund for the leggings. I will wash the body suit until the smell (hopefully) goes!
If you have a question, Gymdolphin takes 24 hours to answer each time.
Chelsia from Gymdolphin said I would have to pay for postage for the refund (which is possibly more than the cost of the item) then she said she’ll refund only $4.00 (which is very poor), and then she said she’ll refund $7.00 (which is still not good).
This has discouraged me from buying further from Gymdolphin.
I find Gymdolphin’s service to their customers unprofessional and unreliable!
Their products look good online but the quality is very poor and cheap!
They’re quick in taking money but do not want to do the right thing by their customers.
I would never purchase anything further from Gymdolphin nor would I recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been wanting to purchase from Gymdolphin.com since I first saw there clothing about a year ago. I’ve been scammed before by ordering items I saw advertised on Pinterest and fb, so I try to do the most research as I am able before making a purchase online. After reading reviews from multiple sites such as this one, I decided not to order since I was sure it’s a scam. A few weeks ago, I was browsing gymdolphiin.com for the 100th time and choose to make a purchase under $50, and assume that I would get cheap made clothes that don’t look like anything I bought, or I might not get anything at all, but I wanted to be sure that I have no access to outfits that I liked best, also I expected a long delivery time if anything was coming. To my surprise, the exact outfit I ordered in very good quality and perfect size got delivered today, and I ordered it just over a week ago. I just wanted to write this review because they are NOT A SCAM, and it’s unfair that they may be losing customers due to all the bad reviews compared to good ones. There is always going to be unsatisfied people who are more likely to complain I guess. Anyways I’m definitely going to purchase a few more items that I’ve wanted for a year now.

The size was completely off, way too big. But when I went to return, they said the shipping was such a hassle, how about if they offered me a $23 refund?--I had spent $126.97 and they were going to keep $104 of it--for a completely dissatisfied customer.

The quality was really poor. I could never work out in this material--no breathability and no flexibility. And it looked so cheap. They said I could resell it or give it away to family members? I wouldn't make myself look that bad by passing on such shoddy merchandize. Meanwhile, I am willing to incur the costs of shipping the stuff back to the warehouse, if it exists.

I am now going to have to open a dispute with my payment method because I refuse to reward such low-level business practices. Nowhere on their website do they mention the difficulty in returning the products. Only after I read these reviews did I realize that this is one more way to rip people off. They think I don't want to be bothered, so I would accept their $23, if I ever got it.

Cheap copy from china do not waste your time. Return is pain had to pay so much to get it send back to China. All looking nice and professional on the website but its a lie!!!!! SCAM

One star is too much for these scammers. Terrible company, bad products, no answer question or answer for return product, please don’t buy anything these company, material so bad The sizes are different.The website is scamm .I don’t understand how nobody can not restrict those websites to stopping this Scammers sales and still the customers money!

I had bought an item cost me almost $53.99 / CA $75.
The gift was 2 parts . Black and white. Once I opened the package I saw the white leather part (for both pant and top ) were patchy and stained with the m
black I guess both black and white melted on top of each other because of the bad storage and folding with the heat so turned grey patches at the end , on the white leather parts. I contacted them and they said send other pictures we can't see it ! However the pictures I sent were so clear but I resent it . They said will give you $16 and go dry clean ! I said NO. Its a gift can't do this plus no way from my experience melted black on white parts would go away with the dry clean . In top of this, pant and top to be sent to any dry clean would cost at least $50 in Ontario and wouldn't even work for these patches ! They sent me back okay $23 and keep the item ! I said what I'm gonna do with a defective item and why I should keep it anyway ! I asked for a refund and stop wasting time . They said ok. So return it on your expenses !!!!! Instead of sending a representative to take their item , So why I had to go through all this horrible customer service. Damaged item I received, didn't respect or understand your concern. I had to open a case with PayPal and honestly regardless I got my money or not, because I do shopping everyday with PayPal for 15 years NEVER had this issue before with any seller. My expectation for any company with a reputation did this kind of mistake to refund right after they see the damaged item they sent. Apologize, and compensate for this wasting time and mistake but unfortunately they try to keep the $53 and doesn't mind to lose their customers or reputation. Very sad to see this kind of business in the Market especially through PayPal.

#updated. After we agreed on the emails for keeping the old item but they will send me link for charging me US $6 and sending them the confirmation,and I did. They said will send me the tracking number of new item . But I was surprised that they sent me on (case open PayPal) to refund me $15 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was shocked 😲!! They supposed to send me tracking number for new item after they charged me again $6 , so why they sent me on PayPal this offer !!!

Stay away from these people. They don't have any idea about honesty ,they just want play games.

15 days into the order and I wondered if this was a real company - no response. Product arrived after 7 weeks from China and I realized instantly this was a waste of money - the cheapest and tackiest material, cut and construction of product was not fit for human form. They got me. Gymdolphin did reply to my complaint but only offered a small partial refund (far less than half of what I paid). In the end, this company is to be avoided!

DON’T BUY!!!! SCAAAM!!!!
I ordered 2 months ago and no package came.
