Had a screen changed on a fitbit charge…
Had a screen changed on a fitbit charge 2. Posted my unit on Thursday and have received it back today, Monday. They added a little note to say my heart monitor is damaged so may stop working. It shows that units are tested thoroughly. Also ordered a watch strap which was received the following day from order. Definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service from a friendly, professional team. Can totally recommend. Gymtech arrived spot on time, installed and tested my new treadmill and then fully briefed me on use & safety. They have a follow-up service should I ever need it and I am thoroughly pleased with this team.
