Great product, very bad service

Great product, BUT do not order their product on Amazon as they recommend when they do not ship to your country directly. I only had problems and they where unable provide any useful support communication from either Amazon or Gx-Pumpoffical on what i going on with my order. After a month I ended up ordering from Aliexpress and I am very happy with that support and follow-up I am getting there. The last message I got from GX-pumpofficial is they will not provide any parts from their site to me since i did not buy it from them which I was not unable to do. I find this response petty and shows the overall support attitude they provide. Be Aware!
