I recently moved with Gmoves and had a pleasant experience moving to Scotland from London. Our mover was very kind and experienced, and moved all of our belongings down a flight of stairs and into our new flat by himself, which we really appreciated. Only downside was the time slots- I was told that they would arrive from 3-4pm, and they arrived at 12:15pm instead. Similar thing happened on the drop-off- was given a time frame of 2-3pm for drop-off, and they didn’t arrive until 6:45 in the evening.

From beginning to end the team were amazing - the move was delayed several times and the temperature on moving day was extremely high, but everything was done quickly and efficiently and with care - would highly recommend Gmoves 👍🏻

Seamless experience moving from home to the storage and from the storage to the new property. George is just a call away and considers the preferred time slot. I would recommend to go with GMoves!

The delivery was scheduled at 1 PM but the van didn't come till 6 PM and no alternate was provided. The helpers were in a hurry to pack things and went outside. Quite rough handling of the goods and where always in a hurry to complete things.
I heard that they outsource to someone in the local area and the one came.to us provided a bad service.
The van was good a big Luton van.

Fantastic service. Our original movers (AnyVan) failed to turn up on the day leaving us stuck. A single call to Gmoves and George managed to arrange an alternative for that same day. The movers arrived right on time and quickly moved everything with great care. Clear communication throughout from George made the whole process very easy and stress free. Exceptional value for money - would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank GMoves enough. From the very first initial contact George was so helpful. Ensuring that we had the right size van and contacted us the day before to confirm that their staff would arrive at the appointed time. Their staff Ronnie and Ukka who loaded up the van and unloaded were careful, polite, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On top of that really good value. Genuine company would recommend them.

I had to move at quite short notice after a bereavement. George and his team have been extremely understanding and sympathetic. They gave me a spot on a Saturday morning as requested, turned up on time and did a brilliant job. It was a lot to move, take apart and put back up. All done in time and well. They are reasonably priced too.

Team arrived promptly and very quickly emptied house and loaded van. Everything was in the new property by lunchtime. Excellent service thank you.
