We booked a tour with Kraisate for our first morning in Kyoto. He met us outside our hotel and we walked through the city to the Nishiki market. As we walked he pointed out landmarks and gave us some history of the city. At the market he explained all the foreign foods to us and gave us recommendations of his favorites. The best thing was he gave us his personal restaurant recommendations (best Udon place, best gyoza place etc.), sights not to miss etc., so after our tour with him we had a plan for our next 3 days here based on a local's recommendations! He was friendly and so helpful. We booked the 2hr tour and we did not feel rushed at all. He was great, 5 star, I highly recommend a tour with him!

Our guide, Silvia was adorable. She showed us Sienna and took us to a great little restaurant that was more locals than touristy, which is what we wanted. She was kind, funny and made our memories of our Tuscany visit exceptional.

Simone was an amazing tour guide. I only booked 2 hours and I wish I could do longer. Even thought she was able to share tips and great stories about the city history. She is also a great photo taker ( needed when traveling solo)

Tour of Helsinki with Elena was very interesting & informative. I gained a lot more insight into the history of Finland, Finnish culture & people. The only downside was it was Father’s Day in Finland, so not all tourist attractions were open. Other than that very enjoyable and would highly recommend Elena.

We had a great tour. I was with my father. The tour was packed with information about the city and where one can eat or shop.

The fact that you can chat with a local and then learn a lot about their culture and daily matters is enriching (alongside the many historical facts they tell you about the monuments you walk by)

Our tour guide David did a great job on the tour of Milan. We were very happy with the places he showed us. He was very knowledgeable of the history of all the places we visited. We had one day to explore the main attractions and he managed the time very well so we had the opportunity to see the main attractions.

The guide we had was very nice and told us alot about the history and culture oh tokyo.

Albert was a fantastic help! I traveled to japan by myself and was a nervous wreck but he helped me understand how everything worked around Tokyo. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Tokyo

My guide Guram was just amazing. He customized the tour to what I wanted to see but also hit all the major places to know the history of Vienna. He was polite and friendly and very time and people conscious. I took this tour right after I had gotten to Vienna and I don't regret it at all.

Our tour with Nicholas was great! He was so informative and answered my numerous questions, even doing research on the spot. He was funny and friendly. His tour was tailored to our interests plus he included recommendations for sites and restaurants.

She was very informative passionate about the history of Genoa which we thought was great as we love the history behind the places we visit especially in Europe.
She was caring kind and patient as I am in a wheelchair so she had the added problem of avoiding steps but she somehow managed that too.
