Good quality and really cute
It is the second time I order the stickers. They look really nice and more important, they stick and stay even after rough use (particularly stable in the dishwasher). I would recommend the product and order it again without hesitation.

Good stickers but disappointing service.
I am very happy with the quality of the stickers. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. The first stickers arrived with the totally wrong name on them. I called the office and they promised to reprint the order and send them right away. A week later, I still hadn't received the stickers. I called again and they told me that the employee hadn't completed the re-order correctly, but that they would do it right away. So I had to wait another 5-6 days before the correct ones finally arrived. At this point, school had already started and I had to write my children's names by hand on all of their school supplies, so I didn't even need the stickers. In total, I waited 3 weeks for over 20 Euros' worth of tiny stickers. I also don't understand why delivery took 2-3 days, when they just arrived in a normal-sized envelope. I feel that I wasted my time and money, and I am disappointed that the company did not offer compensation.
