I gave these 2 months but alas, I’m back on omeprazole
I gave these 2 months but eventually I was forced to admit defeat and start taking omeprazole again every few days. They gave me minimal relief for a few minutes whilst chewing them but a few minutes later I had to take a rennie. This went on for 2 miserable and extremely uncomfortable months before I started the omeprazole again. I also changed my diet and stopped with all the trigger foods but alas I’m back to square one.
