Easy purchase
Easy purchase, customer service was able to answer the questions I had. Order was placed Thursday evening, item was shipped before noon on the following day and delivered Monday. Item was priced well and exactly as described, being used it was in near perfect condition! Easy process and I will not hesitate to purchase here again, thank you

Frustrating
I'm trying to access the site but am blocked. There's no way to send an email because the Guns.com contact page has also blocked me. It's frustrating and completely unfriendly. I have to provide my Cloudflare Ray ID: 9d5f79812c7dfc96, but it's impossible to report this to the service desk. My question now is whether they even want me as a customer... and perhaps there are other customers who are being denied.

The entire purchase process couldn’t have been easier. I ordered, they shipped, and I picked it up at the local shop. Very fast delivery time. Will definitely consider purchasing from them again!
No Customer Service
The price of the firearm was good. However, your customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! No one ever answers the phone and I'm still waiting on an email response.
Shipping is also extremely poor! You took my money within seconds of the purchase and then held the firearm hostage for several days before attempting to ship it. When it finally made to the local store you wouldn't release it to them for several more days!
You claim you buy firearms but you actually want people to give you their firearms by making ridiculously low, low offers!
I seriously doubt that I will ever do business with your company again!!

Disappointed Customer
When I first ordered my new rifle I never thought I would have to take a fine tooth comb to its condition when I first picked it up from the FFL Dealer. Not only did the rifle have a crack in the laminate stock, one that one of your own range masters admitted could have been easily missed but the rifle would not chamber rounds. The condition wasn’t noticed until a day and half later when I attempted to clean the bore. It was obvious the crack in the laminate was not due to shipping damage but your range master lead me to believe a carrier claim was a starting point to rectifying the problem. After filing the claim there were numerous messages and phone calls for information and supporting documentation that I had already provided, some more than once. My FFL Dealer even said he had to send his license information over four times before you finally received it. I asked one of your range masters if I could return the rifle and purchase a similar or even an upscale model but that was not an option. This was my first purchase with Guns.com. I been in retail for over forty years but my experience with your self proclaimed customer service is not only frustrating but very disappointing! At this point is not about the money its about the overall principle of the situation! The rifle is now with the manufacturer. This particular model has not been in production for several years so a replacement stock is questionable.
Verified FFL annoyance
I am surrounded by over a dozen FFL’s in Utah county but only one was on your list with no option to manually add another. This forced me to go to a shop with horrible service and high transfer fees. All my favorite shops say dealing with your FFL verification is a nightmare

You cancelled my order with no notification and I was unable to reorder because it was out of stock by the time you cancelled my order.

You had a gun that was listed in stock. I ordered it and paid for it. Was excited about it for two weeks, found another one in stock but didn’t buy it because i supposedly had the one coming in from you guys. Then I get a email about three weeks later saying that it was no longer in stock and my money was being refunded. Two purchases
i ordered two firearms from your company. the first was a S and W model 17.4. i was advertised as excellent condition. it looked great until i fired it. The casings stuck in the cylinder.
The second firearm i purchased was a new S and W model 19-10. just arrived. The cylinder sticks and is difficult to open. The question now becomes do i return the revolver of send it to S and W for repair.
