In order a rifle and it came to me with out a magazine. I figured I’d finance it and was set up with Monterey Financial. Do not use these people. They don’t finance they lease and you will wind up paying twice what the fire arm sells for and if you try to payoff you are screwed for you have to pay the full lead about off. These people are thieves

Everything was going good until I tried to pick a gun shop to have the gun delivered to. Your site would not let me complete that part it kept putting me in Africa that was on my iPad ,so I got on my phone and it let me complete the transaction with no problem don’t know why it was so difficult to do on my iPad not sure about the date but it was in February

I was interested in purchasing a firearm, but the listing does not state what is included with the purchase. Send an email and left voicemail with an inquiry with no response. Called the toll free number on hold for 45 minutes with no response. Gave 1 Star for poor customer service.

Not sure why I keep getting emails from this company and I can’t unsubscribe. No way to get new customers.

Easy, but just a little misleading on first go around. I was under the impression that a FFL from guns.com would contact the local FFL to arrange transaction after purchase. Not that simple.

firearm is great…. customer service sucks. first firearm ever purchased online, left a bad taste in my mouth. shopping at gunbroker for my 11th firearm.

Fast delivery, easy to navigate site and wonderful selection of guns. Great no hassle experience and I had to call for assistance the service was exceptional even walking me through my purchase online and confirming the transaction. This is anyone's go to place to find your hard to find guns.

Given all of the laws involved with firearms, I was leary of both selling, then buying a gun over the internet. However, the experience was smooth and no glitches encountered.

In the past, I've had pretty decent experiences with Guns.com. Lately, they seem to purposely want to insult their customers (You know, the people who are literally the only reason that they get a paycheck in the first place).
If you post a gun with "Make an Offer" on it and a customer makes an offer that is less than 10% off, you don't insult them by coming back with a literal dollar off, TWICE! Absolutely pathetic. Shame on them for acting like that. I've always been honest with Guns.com, sold several guns to them in the past and every single one I've sent has passed their inspections. I've given them plenty of business over the years, only to get insulted by someone who obviously lacks intelligence in the customer service department.

Ordered online on Sunday, picked up at my local FFL on Tuesday! Photo in description was not so good color wise, but pistol description was accurate and since I have been looking for an FNX9 for awhile, I ordered. I was totally happy with what I got.
