I bought a LED kit for the 1/100 Aerial Full Mechanics unfortunately the head LED flexi board and a faulty component, after a email to them the issue was solved with minimal fuss and a replacement part sent out.

Very good customer service. My items were on backorder: when I emailed them to verify what was happening, they responded with a pretty good indication of when to expect them. They arrived well packaged with bubble wrap and edge protection, and the items were all exactly as advertised.
