Fast Delievery and Arrived with No Damage to the product

Ordered from Gunpla UK twice now, perfect both times. Kits shipped straight away and in perfect condition on arrival.

I got what i ordered at a good delivery time

I've been using this shop for years! Trustworthy, reliable and run by genuinely good human beings. They've built an awesome little community here in the UK around them, and this is the one stop place for ANYTHING Gunpla! I always recommend, and I wouldn't get my Gunpla anywhere else now.

I would like to advise that individuals residing in the European Union exercise caution when considering orders from this company. A few weeks ago, I placed an order with them, and the parcel receipt indicated that taxes were included. This information was also displayed on their website. However, based on prior experience ordering from the UK, I understood that the tax would be collected at the time of delivery or the parcel would be sent without tax, and then tax would be applied upon arrival in your country. However, the process did not go as expected. A few days after the parcel was sent, I received a notice from my customs office stating that I would need to pay the tax on the parcel, which was equivalent to one-third of the item's value. As I required the parcel urgently, I proceeded with the payment, assuming there might have been a misstep on the store's end in filling out the declaration or similar. I had the expectation that I could eventually return the tax to the store. Despite making several attempts to contact the support team, which responds intermittently, it became apparent that returning the tax would not be possible, as it is a company policy.Consequently, considering all the taxes paid, the amount paid was half of the initial cost of the parcel, which grew from £50 to £150. I initially estimated a lower amount to avoid misleading buyers, but the store's actions are regrettable, especially considering its reputation for competitive prices and a well-curated selection.For individuals residing in the UK, this store might be a particularly suitable option.

They charge 10% fee when you cancel a pre-order stating this is an administrative fee.

It is on the site T&C’s but not on the pre-order item page.

Horrible way to conduct business, will never buy from them again.

Plenty of other Gunpla suppliers in the UK that treat customers better in this regard.

Having visited the store and bought my first model kit, I found the helpful advice and great service from Steve to be invaluable. The store is very well stocked with an amazing selection and fantastic prices.
I would highly recommend this company.

The company does not respond to their 'contact us' messages on their website. I contacted them twice about an issue with my gundam mod and they never responded.

Can't recommend Gunpla UK enough! Not too long ago, I ordered some godhand and waterslide decal from Gunpla UK. However from a fault not of their doing Royal Mail delivered it to a wrong address and it was lost. After contacting royal mail about it. Which was of no use. I went and contacted Gunpla UK about my missing order. They were very helpful and tried to get to the bottom of it. Again however, royal mail never contacted them. But thanks to Stephen (owner of gunpla uk) seeing the issue he and his team were kind enough to send out a replacement 24h tracked and arrived the next day. The staff are very kind, understanding and helpful. If anyone is looking for a place to shop for anything to do with model kits at a good price. I highly recommend Gunpla UK
