Ordered on the 1st - it wont arrive till the 12th says USPS. Incredibly slow fulfillment to me. I looked below and people are having even worse experiences. Come on Numrich you can do better

description of the rifle stock I ordered was incomplete, so I got sent the wrong one for my gun. It was a mark-down (insignificant scuffs) to $82.57. The stock is for a bolt action not a semi-automatic, so it didn't fit. I called and the lady there instructed me how to get the RMA on their website and gave me an RMA number to use. Restocking/handling fee $10.95 + I pay postage to return it! By then I won't be getting much of my $82.57 back. And this is after waiting 2 weeks just to get the thing and tolerating some very poor customer service attitude. Would NOT recommend this place at all.

I ordered a cartridge sleeve conversion for my rifle and once I got it after 1 shot it ruptured and I’m only run of the mill ball ammo through, well I thought it might of been a lemon so I sent it back in got another one back 2 weeks later and the same thing it broke instantly. Then I sent it back for a refund and they have been nothing but a hassle to get my money and they refuse to refund me my money to my correct debit card and at this point they have stolen from me 40 dollars

I used to like to shop on their site, but every time they update the site it gets worse. It's now so bad that it takes upwards of 30 seconds for a simple search. Today I did a search for "Ruger Safety". After a long wait the search results showed up, I sorted by name, and not a single safety was in the list. It's no longer my go-to site for parts. It's way too slow and there are too many errors in the listings

I have been a long time customer of Numrich Gun Parts and have never had a problem with them. I have received excellent customer service when purchasing and returning items

Ordered screws for my Remington 7400, on the schematic #51 shows four (4) screws for $9.36. I order part #51 thinking I would receive the four (4) screws, they only sent one (1) for $9.36. I called the person was very short on the answer with that's what it cost for one (1), I said you got to be kidding me, he said that what it was. That was false advertising and should be corrected.

JUST WANT TO THANKI EVERYBODY AT NUMRICH, I ORDERD THE WRONG PART FOR MY BSA MARTINI 22. I CALLED THEM WITH MY PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK, I SENT IT BACK WITH MY BROKEN PART AND IN THREE DAYS I HAD THE RIGHT PART. THANKS AGAIN NUMRICH. MY BSA AND ME ARE VERY HAPPY. RICH

Ordered parts for a customer and waited 3 weeks with no contact. When I called them they said that they had put the wrong address on my order. They canceled my order and didn't even have the courtesy to contact me.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!

They took people money.
