What an absolute pleasure it was to talk to the customer rep who made quick work of my issue. I was very upset when my package was stolen and they resolved this so fast and with zero hassle and my replacement was sent the next day. I love that there was a free insurance package with the order. Wonderful experience.

I ordered 2 weeks ago, still yet to receive. Been lost, I cannot contact anyone at your company. Safe to say I am completely disappointed & not satisfied.

I was limited to a QTY of 1 on the web site. I actually wanted 5 but it would not let me order more the 1.

Similar to my last purchase I thought delivery would be much faster. I preordered something that was out of stock in hopes I would get the same delivery time once the delivery process started and that’s not the case. I won’t get it till after I leave out of town. I understand certain things are out of your control but none the less its still disappointing

2nd time purchasing from Gunnar. Selection has increased and description is very clear. Making it easier to decide and purchase.

I have not received my package. I received an updated email today that my item has been shipped. However, I tracked it through UPS and it shows that it was shipped last week and is now being sent back to the sender. I called UPS and they state I need to call the sender. I’ve tried getting in touch with Gunnar customer service and keep getting directed to voicemail.

Virtual Try-on was not available. Sometimes items suddenly disappear from the cart. Didn't find an easy way to download/print the receipt.

Good glasses, both sunglasses and the other pair.

I like the lense quality. The sale is good for value.
The magnifyiers work well. The amber lenses help me have less eye pain & strain. There needs to be more cute styles for women. Oversized round & modified oversized square cat eyes for example. The glasses with the wire plus plastic moveable nose piece are not comfortable. Neither are the wire frames. The old style nose piece is out of date. The plastic frames are very comfortable. The magnifiers have a spring loaded arm that really works well.

ORDERING AND THE PRICE WERE GREAT BUT HE SHIPPING COST IS OUT THE WINDOW .

I ordered the fallout glasses and it originally said 3-6 day shipping something like that. So I place the order and notice I accidentally typed in the wrong address so I immediately reached out to customer support and asked if they could send it to the correct address they said no problem I said while you're at it I think id also like to upgrade the to the transition lenses they said no problem sent me a link to pay the difference charged me 100 dollars and THEN told me it'd take 3-4 weeks to process and ship my ordered so I'm annoyed but it happens AND THEN after waiting a full month for these things THEY STILL SENT THEM TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WITHOUT TRANSITION LENSES after charging me extra for them

So far so good… My son highly recommended them for me and I am very pleased the speed my order has been processed
