First time ordering from GunMag Warehouse.
I chose them based on availability of what I was looking for, and price. As it turns out, the entire experience was positive. I got updates for shipping / tracking no.; the product was packaged well and arrived in a very timely fashion.
I would unhesitatingly order from them again.

Gun Magazine Warehouse has been the go to for my magazines for a while now. The ordering and receipt of goods has been easy, quick and as expected every time.

On another note, this customer had a senior moment and ordered mags for 22WMR rather than 22LR. Yes, a bonehead move but, none the less, not having any other options I reached out to the GMW Customer Service and Eduardo & Cindy could not have been nicer. They said “send them back, original packaging; as long as they are in new/unused condition upon receipt they will initiate a refund.”

Bottom line: I did, they did, and the refund was processed tout de suite! No fuss, no muss and a lesson on my end, read three times before hitting the ORDER button!!! (yeah, I did reorder and get the right magazines!!)

You will see this same message on other message boards because I typed this up and copy/pasted to all because if these folks are this polite and supportive they deserve compliments on multiple customer comment forums.

I have made a few purchases with gunmag warehouse for ammo magazines and ammo. Very satisfied with prices and delivery. One of my goto places for my shooting needs. I gave 5 stars because i had an issue with one of my orders, i misspelled my email and never got a confirmation. I sent an email ti customer service and Jeff took care of it quickly. Thank you Jeff

As a first time gun owner lol I made a first time mishap! In my excitement I ordered the wrong clip! But after consulting with my brother in law I immediately went to cancel my order then went on to order the correct part! The Agent Jeff responded literally within like 5 hours and was able to both cancel my first order and get my refund started!! Genuinely 10/10 would recommend!! Lol I also now have a new gift idea for my brother in law!! Lol overall I am happy!

I realized, too late I ordered the incorrect magazine for the Walther PDP Pro, so I called & spoke to a very nice human being, not a machine. He was understanding, as well as helpful in finding & sending the correct ones.

I've used GunMag Warehouse to buy magazines for a long time, but recently I needed a mount for my micro ACOG. I was surprised to find they had it at the best price I could find anywhere.
I was unsure of the height that I needed, so I contacted customer service. They suggested 2 possible mounts. I wanted to try both heights, and return the unused mount. The gentleman I spoke to said it was possible, as long as I didn't mar, or damage the mount, and it was still suitable for re-sale. So I bought both, gently tested the heights and chose the lower one. I then carefully repackaged the second mount and sent it back with a return authorization.
I received an email not long after I put the package in the mail, letting me know they just got it and will be processing my refund.

So, not only do they have some of the lowest prices on the net, they also have some of the best customer service.

Customer service is second to none! They're very responsive and answer every question I asked. Can't beat the service.

Excellent prices and amazing customer service

I've purchased dozens of magazines and all have performed as expected. I just received 2 magazines that didn't quite work in my rifle. I sent an email, received a quick response and was sent a pre-paid return. Fantastic customer service that is becoming increasingly rare. Thanks Gun Mag Warehouse, see you when I need more goodies!
