I'm a very tiny business, and using Gumtoo for my first enamel pin design proved so fortuitous. I am so grateful for their guidance and advice every step of the way.

Ordered some custom enamel pins for our fund raising event. Customer service was very kind and helpful in the process, patient too! They gave us feedback on our designs such as colour correction and other simplifications so that our enamel pins would turn out better. Mass production for 100 pins took around 3 weeks to complete and ship out. Price was also quite alright for the amount. Overall, we are very happy with the service and the quality of the pins. Will definitely choose to work with Gumtoo again in the future!

Ordered some mask for our school with logo printed. Gumtoo did an excellent job. The quality of the masks offered were of very high quality and the printing was very good. Coordinating with Harry was easy and straight forward. Products were delivered on time for our event. Bottom line is our teachers love it. Will highly recommend Gumtoo.

Love the design of the tattoo for NDP! I like the size of the tattoo, making it very visible in photos but will prefer it if there are a variety of sizes because the current size looks too big on the face.

I bought 100 enamel pins from them for a camp, i had to receive it before 16th June. The estimated reaching date of my package was around 19-21st. I asked them if it was possible if we could get it earlier and they said that they would try their best. In the end, i got it around 15-16th June and I was so heartened ! They are so amazing with their work, be it the development of the pin or their customer service. Would highly recommend people to buy pins for them.

The items came slightly late on time, but only a few days and it's being addressed by the supplier when email inquiries about it was sent to them.

The pins are of good quality. Have been wearing them since March and they have stayed on my lanyard well. I have encountered pins from other companies that will become loose quickly.

Gumtoo missed out 5 pins during delivery. When I informed them, they immediately checked, acknowledged their mistake and arranged another delivery for the 5 pins. They are efficient and quick with their responses. Appreciate it.
